Sounds like I had a similar experience. The women there tried their hardest to help me, but ultimately, the doctor was anal and wouldn’t.
I came in with a time sensitive issue, and after 45 minutes, they told me it was too late… If they’d helped me a few minutes earlier it would not have been too late.
Hopefully I’ll still get to go to grad school. Thanks for your help, urgent care!

I wish I could give zero stars.
We waited for two hours during a slow time (few patients) and were then told that no-​one could see us and that we should go see our Primary Care MD.

A new resident of Brattleboro, I got a sinus infection and didn’t have a doctor yet, so I visited this urgent care center. The reception staff were friendly enough and my wait time was short, but the doctor himself was dismissive and didn’t take me seriously. He basically patted me on the back, gave me some Tylenol, and sent me home. I still felt absolutely awful four days later, so I called back in and was told to «wait it out.» I then called my doctor from before the move, and after describing my symptoms, they called in an antibiotic.
Not much urgent or caring about this place…
