I came here to buy my shampoo and was greeted by Chloe. She was very helpful and very nice. I like how they give you samples and a complimentary massage or hand scrub with purchase. 5 star service thank you Chloe for awesome service I will be back.

I don’t spend a lot of money on fancy products for my skin, hair or anything else that might make me somewhat presentable, but from time to time, I do like to splurge at Aveda. The stuff isn’t cheap — but you’re getting quality merchandise that’s not only eco-friendly, but contributes to some great causes in the world. I love the smell of Aveda and I find myself walking out of the way just to pass the retail space and take in the smell of the store. If you do stop in, you’re welcomed and presented with tea(which was offered cold during the summer) that’s pretty much the most amazing concoction in a small cup imaginable. It’s slightly sweet and really smooth… It’d better be for the price they’re selling it at, but it’s totally worth it if you drink it in moderation. I hadn’t had it iced, but now I’m hooked… Well played, Aveda. Soaps, lotions, shampoos, conditioners and chapsticks are great because they have that minty fresh clean smell. The soap again is pricey and will disintegrate faster than a normal bar of soap. You’ll be smelling amazing for the short time you do have it though! I’m a fan of the brand and this store. Make sure to sign up for their mailing list as they send out some great offers as well as free samples from time to time. During the holidays it’s a great stop for gift sets or stocking stuffers.

OMG, I just stepped into Aveda for the first time, and I was treated like royalty! Good products, good prices, good membership program! Oh, and Wes gave me a mini facial… the best! You MUST try his facial!

I come here a lot. I enjoy the feeling I get coming into the store, trying their products. They always offer me a cup or two of their herbal tea. Just by browsing, I relax and feel a bit more like my ideal self. Their products are not cheap, but then again, it’s not luxury, sky-high pricing either. I think their lotions and scents are the real winners. I already own the lavender scented stress-fix line. Anything shampure scented is awesome. For $ 20, they take their signature scents and can put it in pocket-sized spray form(which they don’t advertise for some reason). I buy their hair products for mostly the scent. Their beefing up their skin care program and have liked their toner. They are very generous with samples. They accepted my return on a hair product because I found a drugstore version was better for me. I paid $ 10 for the pureprivelege program to get some sort of kickback since they never have sales or clearance pricing. I get emails and sample vouchers. They have in-store events for facials and hair styling.

The two workers today brunette with glasses were pretty rude. Offered everyone in the store tea except me. I’m standing here waiting and it seems they only help the white customers.

I had a very great experience at Aveda. The sales person(named Austin) who helped me had fantastic product knowledge and he really helped with guiding me towards the right product for my hair. Which by the way I love. The Damage Remedy Line is amazing. Austin was the one who helped me and he really knows his stuff. Great customer service and amazing products.

This place is one of two locations that I like to visit so I can get my products refilled, try new products, rack up some points and get a free neck massage or hand scrub! I am a regular user of the hair products(particularly the damage remedy and smooth infusion lines) and they have very nice hand and foot creams. Very pricey, but a little goes a long way and the products are extremely effective! I like to go when they have specials, or I get coupons in the email!

This was my favorite store at one point; While living nearby I was a frequent shopper. The makeup consultations with Christine changed my view on daily application. I exclusively use Aveda beauty products. I was recently in and turned away from an eye brush purchase. I was hoping my issue, «how to obtain a dramatic eye effect» would be addressed. It was not, I left with«try it again». Not the Christine motto, «lets go over it and see what step is missed». Christine is now at South Coast Plaza. Worth the drive.

I ain’t gonna lie. I love this place for the tea and the hair demos that cost free-ninety-nine. And the generous samples they give if you break the bank in that store. Customer service is A+ too. The place always seems to make me feel cleaner than I did first walking into the store. Inside and out.
