Jamba Juice

The employees are rude. The drink that I wanted to order has pineapple in it. Because I am allergic to pineapple, I asked to substitute it. This guy employee asked this other employee (a girl) a question on the side and kindly told me that they only rinse the blenders so there is still some residue of pineapple on it; however, I have done the substitution for a similar situation before and my throat was fine because I’m not extremely allergic to pineapple. I told him it was fine and that I have also done the substitution before with pineapple. Those two employees looked at each other and the girl laughed and rolled her eyes. They then talked amongst themselves as if I’m not there. What pissed me off the most was how disrespectful they were. You don’t roll your eyes at a customer and then talk about the customer as they are standing right there. After talking and laughing, the guy confirmed my order and I immediately told him that no thanks I don’t want to order anymore, you guys are rude. If only I gave them a piece of my mind…
Overall this place has no customer service, I don’t recommend this Jamba Juice.

I’m a mall employee so I come here often — that said I’m giving 2 stars just to be nice. If I could I would just go across the street where customer service exists & the drinks are made quickly!
Pros: I like Jamba and the smoothies are good.
Cons: ALWAYS understaffed. There’s almost always a line. Non existent customer service & on top of all of this I CONSISTENTLY see employees checking their phones/​texting before they make my drink?!
I get it. I’m young and I work too but that is just rude and becomes a waste of my time now. Please if you’re reading this, stop charging your phones and texting under the front counter!

As a mall employee, I frequent this Jamba Juice to give me the extra boost I need to get through my shift at work. For the most part, I have received good customer service from the employees. Moreover, since I have come so often, some of the workers have gotten to know my name and we can chat a bit making it more of a worthwhile experience.
I have tried many of their smoothies. As of late, I have been ordering the ginger and greens smoothie, which is really great if you like ginger.

If I could give negative stars I would. The so called assistant manager who wouldn’t even give her name refused a valid coupon. Made 7 other customers including myself wait while she and her coworker chatted over a blender. Both employees had the I hate my job look. At the end of the experience I was asked if I still want to order. I said no thank you. When I asked for the real manager’s name they gave me a Mr. Ricki Gonzales. If you are a real person and the real manager, please teach your employees customer service. This was an awful experience. I am on my way to JC Penny to buy a juicer. Never again Jamba!

I order the citrus cucumber cooler and every time it taste different.
May want to stick with the simple smoothies when ordering here. Guy did give me a free drink coupon when he noticed i was waiting quite awhile for my drink. +

Me: (Well, that’s not my name, so no. But I’m not going argue with you on what you think my name is.) Sure.
At this point, I have already typed in my phone number to accrue points. She takes my money before checking the coupon the register spits out.
Staff member: Oh… you can use the $ 3 coupon on your next visit.
The coupon says I have to use it today –_​– Good thing I was with my co worker, and she was able to use it. *slow clap*

I love this Jamba juice and it really helps that most of the employees their knows my order. White Gummi, sub mangoes for extra pineapple sorbet, extra thick and extra boost of energy. So, that’s my usual order, pretty detail and for them to remember that is pretty impressive. Not to mention, saved me a lot of extra work in explaining it each time. Most importantly, they always get my orders correct and the employees consistently have a loud and proud attitude. I’ve gone to other Jamba Juice that is completely opposite of this review, but we won’t go there. I am surprised they are the same Brand, but with such significant differences. This location is also super convenient for me in every aspect.

I generally love Jumna juice, but today my smoothie was kinda chunky; it needed to be blended a bit longer or maybe blender blades need sharpening.

I tried the cucumber orange cooler, a me juice. Super tasty, wish it was a bigger size than just 16 oz though ! It was a green color and very refreshing. The blend complimented each other.

On point with the white gummy bear drink. Some Jambas can really screw up this classic but it was the right taste and just sweet enough.
I enjoyed the whole drink no problem.
Thanks for the quality made drink. Also if you want a snack grab that waffle. Taste really good and will satisfy your snack hunger. When it’s heated up the tastebuds crave

Apples n’ Green w/​EXTRA Kale for me!!!

It’s definitely one of the more busier Jamba juices I have been too. The service was great. I ordered a veggie harvest juice and it didn’t taste that good. To my dismay I found a whole spinach leaf at the bottom of my drink. I went back and showed the cashier and they gave me a brand new drink for free and they even let me pick a whole new drink. I ordered the tropical greens juice and it was delicious. They were super nice about switching out the drinks and didn’t charge me for the new one. I’d definitely come back here again.

We ordered two drinks and one came out but the other one came out ten minutes after the first one. We asked them where the other drink was after about five minutes the first drink came out and they got mad at is for asking when. When the second drink was done she threw the straw and literally like slammed the drink in front of us saying «here.» Never going to this Jamba Juice again.

The wait times are much longer than regular jamba juice locations. It’s packed on the weekends and you can barely hear them call your name but the juices are still delicious.

I personally love this Jamba Juice! There is such a great atmosphere and I love the high energy.
My order was taken very quickly and my drink was amazing. Definitely coming back here!

The customer service is very poor. There were 4 workers and I waited to order and to receive my drink… and there was no line.

Sad. They gave my drink to someone else and I never got an explanation… Depressing. At least I finally got it

Standard Jamba Juice located in the food court.
I actually had excellent customer service! My order was promptly taken and delivered in a very pleasant manner by the young girl working the blenders!
Based on the negative reviews, I was also very intent on the taste (which was great– and I’m a bit of a Jamba fanatic) and on whether or not the cup would be filled to the top (which it was).
Finally, there were a few banana chunks at the bottom, but that seems to be a universal problem for all Jamba’s.
In the end, zero problems at all. I love Jamba. Until they change my mind, four stars.

I used to love Jamba Juice, especially the one at this location because of its convenient location. I used to have to go across the street to Jamba Juice & then drive over to the mall.
However, this location has definitely become worse. I am no longer a patron of the Jamba Juice at this location. Even though I ordered a certain size, they never fill it to the brim so I’m basically paying more, for the size beneath it. See attached picture.

1 star just because there is not a 0 star option…
At this Jamba juice the customer is NEVER right. You get what they want you to get.
Horrible service and a drink that is half full.
