Prominent Escrow Services

This Escrow company is a nightmare. They gave the notary the wrong address (they gave an address they had moved from!) for sending my documents. When they didn’t arrive they were like «oh well». I called the notary which is how we found out it was the wrong address and the notary tracked the documents. They didn’t even care that they had incorrect information and almost caused me to lose my loan because of their slow responses and mistakes. Now I just found out my insurance was cancelled due to non-​payment and that it is finally reinstated when they were paid by them almost 3 weeks after closing. This is just two examples of what went on. But suffice it to say, the lender and the realtor and others were unhappy too. I had no choice in which company to use but if your seller suggests them do what ever you need to do to get a different company. I don’t write a lot of reviews but if I can save one buyer from the headaches of this company it is worth it!
