Serve was nice, but most of food was covered in salt, and egg rolls were mushy. food that was to be warm was cold. not worth 13.45 a 0person.

I love a good buffet and was hopeful that the new Fuji Buffet was going to be awesome. It stands in the former location for No. 1 Buffet which was not very good. Figured we would give it a shot, maybe it would be good. The lobby is newly decorated and we were greeted by a friendly staff. Passing by the stations everything looked clean and nice. Ok good start. Our drinks were brought over quickly and we went to the line. Again things looked pretty fresh and good. One thing I noticed quickly was a real lack of options if you are not a seafood person. Sweet & Sour chicken, beef with mushrooms, chicken and broccoli, fried rice was about all I could have. Here is where it falls off the rails. Everything tasted bad. Chicken had a cinnamon taste to it. The fried rice was bland. The crab legs smelled badly(the wife took 1 bite and that was that). They have a grill for Mongolian style dishes. All of the options looked badly up close. The cook didn’t wear gloves. I saw they have ice cream. Except it’s self serve hard scoop. Watching a woman’s hair go into it while she scooped some turned me off. The only redeeming quality was the waitress who kept our drinks filled and the table clean

After the first lunch here I was hooked. My personal trainer suggested it to me. You can eat as healthy or as unhealthy as you choose! All you can eat sushi that’s actually good! The price seems like it’s too low… which these days is a good thing! Try it!

We ate there during there first week open, I do not expect gourmet but this was my thoughts. The hot crab was very old on the line and rubbery, the crab and mussels on the cold bar were still frozen, the line cook was doing something except his job it took the manager hunting him down to cook the plate of food in my hand. After all that my fav thing the sugar rolls were dipped in salt not sugar. Then I get attitude from the guy at the cash register leaving I paid but will never ever go back if you want Chinese buffet go to Kings Wok in Silverdale cleaner friendlier and more flavorful food. Yes this post is a month after I ate there but I still can’t get the poor taste out of my mouth.

Never again! Overpriced for one. Food was not good. I have never written a review but this place is one I will not recommend.

All these people leaving bad reviews expect gourmet food from a buffet. No the food is not exceptional but it is pretty good for a buffet. The food is not going to be super fresh obviously, it is cooked in mass quantities. However, their sushi is phenomenal! I was very surprised. The service was quick and to the point, the man waiting us was very polite and cleared our empty plates quickly. It’s also quite nice and clean inside. They have a huge selection of food, fresh fruit, and desserts, including ice cream and slushies. The best dishes we had were the crawfish, Mongolian pork, and crab wontons. Will definitely be coming back. Our new favorite buffet around here!

I have been here twice now and it is becoming one of my favorite places to eat. Next I have to tell you that I am extremely picky and most of the favorite places people flock to, I can’t abide. Next you have to consider what is to be rated here– it’s a buffet and you’re not paying 14 dollars a DISH! I am blown away by how hard the owners of the new management are trying to please their customers. Today I was asked if there was anything I didn’t see but wanted– they offered to cook it for me immediately. The selection of dishes is vast– and yes– one of the things I tried was not quite hot enough– this is my only criticism. Today I had some tender-as-can-be beef short rib, peanut chicken and some restaurant quality Colonel Tso’s. to name but a few. The Mongolian grill had big steaks on it to choose. The reviewer that said there were no shrimp is WRONG! Today there were huge shrimp, honey walnut prawns, crawfish and several offerings of crab and this was LUNCH were some buffets often don’t offer the best. The owner walked around offering freshly cooked oysters and mussels… I am not a Capitol hill snob when I comes to sushi and today I started with a plateful — it was wonderful and right up there with any sushi house I have been to; the quality of the raw fish available was good and even my «I’ll never eat raw fish» husband downed a couple of items. Besides the things I have mentioned there are salad choices, fresh melon, pineapple and grapes plus ice cream and pastries. My main grumble about this place is that there is such a range of good things to tempt me and I have to quit eating! Our service was incredibly polite, prompt and well– frankly flawless. I talked to one of the owners– and he’s curious why people come in, eat multiple plates of food and then give mean reviews! Don’t be put off by the low ratings— go once for yourself and JUDGEITBYBUFFETSTANDARDS. I really don’t understand why there are one star reviews here. And NO I AMNOT affiliated with this place or it’s owners and drove down from Poulsbo just to go here! Thanks for reading.

Everything… YUCK! Cold-Old food. The seafood had that«fishy» smell you don’t want on your seafood. My family tried a little bit of everything with nothing but disappointment. Even though we were only in the restaurant for less than 15 minutes, I was going to just pay and chalk it up as a loss. When paying I was asked how the food was and I said it wasn’t very good. I immediately was told that everyone says how great the food is and I don’t know what«good food like ours«should taste like. WHATTHE&$*%!!

Pleasantly surprised. I was really looking for something mediocre and I’ve never been here before. The coconut shrimp was on point and the spicy tuna sushi rolls made me eat until I reached discomfort, which I try not to do but it was quite tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will be back.

This place was too good to be true I think i would live here for the rest of my life because the seafood there fried rice taste like heaven and that bbq beff fell off like butter on a hot pan so I recommend this place to you and also there authentic Chinese deserts like sesame balls and egg Custer!!!

As Asian Buffets go this one is good. The food was hot and fresh with a nice variety of choices. Friday night around 5 was a good time. I hope more people will give it a try. Staff were attentive people trickling in the entire time we were here. Definitely planning to come again.

I had been to the No. 1 buffet once before they closed, and really hoped this would be better. I figured opening week they’d try really hard to make a good impression… I was wrong. First walking in, the server was really awkward. Once we got sat down, we immediately noticed how quiet it was. There was no music, not many other people… It was silent. You might think that it would be nicer than a busy, loud restaurant, but it’s really not. It feels awkward. The food was… Mediocre. The noodles were slimy. The fries and salmon were both hard as a rock. The crab legs were room temp and soft. The rice was just terrible. My girlfriend had to wait around the hibachi made-to-order area for someone to help because the cook was just sitting around on this phone. After that, he used barely any sauce and used like a pitcher of water cooking her food(which makes no sense at all). As you can imagine, it was dry and had no flavor. The only good food were the wonton wraps, fruit, salad, Mongolian pork, and the ice cream(which were the scoop-it-yourself bucket style, they had no soft serve machine which really seems like a standard in every buffet). Note: They kept the old plates, but ditched the chocolate fountain. Post-Dinner update: Don’t go here with multiple people if you share a bathroom at home.

My new favorite Asian buffet. Food was better than any other buffets in Kitsap. Service was good not the greatest. It is very affordable so I don’t expect expensive service.(It’s a cheap Asian buffet, if you have higher expectations don’t eat at a place titled«buffet») Place was fairly clean including bathrooms. At first it was quiet and then they turned some music on! Had all my favorite dishes that I expect at these type of buffets. For sure the spot for my splurge days!

Was so hoping this was going to be our new favorite place but darn it, the reviews already seem pretty accurate. Unlike some others experiences, we were greeted quickly, especially for 6:30pm on a Saturday night. We sat in a room off the main area that was very quiet. I guess that could be a good thing but I also learned more about my fellow guests than I needed. Overall, the food was OK. Just OK. My best bite was a piece of tempura shrimp. The shrimp had been shelled and cleaned before frying, which wasn’t the case with the other shrimp dishes. The sushi was also OK. Similar to a good grocery store roll. Our server was friendly and attentive. Was hoping for better.

I was nervous to try the place after reading some of the reviews. I was glad to find out that the food is good. I wouldn’t expect gourmet food(it’s still a simple Chinese Buffet), Since opening in the same place with the same concept, Fuji has cleaned everything up. Some of the staples are back with some twists. The best, though is the sushi. The sushi rolls are significantly larger with generous portions of fish.

Food was delicious and the service was great. I would go again. The space is well lite and plenty of room even for a guy like me especially in the booths where I did not feel cramed in. Wife enjoyed the food and says she would come again. Everthing was clean, hot and well made. She even thinks it is better than the Kings Wok in Silverdale. I want to thank the new owners for bringing in this great food.

Food was terrible — crab legs were water and limp; the sushi had rice that wasn’t cooked; and there was never the same thing on the same spot. And who has ever been to a buffet that advertises outside as «seafood», but their isn’t a shrimp in the whole damn place. Save your money
