Its subway so you know your going to get a decent sandwich since they make it right in front of you. My biggest complaint is the lack of staff. I have been in for both lunch and dinner. Last I showed up about 7pm and their was 2 people in front of me. Both people got one six inch and I got 2 footlongs and it took 30 min between when I walked in the door and when I walked out with my sandwiches. Every time I come in here there is one person doing drive through orders and one doing inside and that is it. Between the girl in front of me and I they had to replace almost half of the veggies from the back because the line and fridge up front were both out. They didn’t have any Italian herb and cheese bread in the warmer so he went and got a pan from the back that didn’t have any cheese on them. I’ve been to all of subways in East Bremerton and they are all just as slow. I come to this location because it has the best parking. Get a third person working as a floater to keep the line stocked and speed up the process and I would definitely eat here more. I just don’t have a half hour to wait for a sandwich most of the time.

Love subway but I don’t love waiting 20min for my sub due to a lack of staff. I know it’s not the staffs fault. I definitely blame management who are cutting back how many employees they have on the floor but it is really hurting them! Today, I saw a man walk out because he was waiting for 20+min. The employee apologized but he still left. This is the 3rd time that I have waited for more than 20 min. It is probably the last time I got to this subway location.

The food is what you would expect it’s the service that is so horrendously slow every single time that it makes me not want to come here. I love the fact that it’s 24 hours and I love that it has a drive thru but I despise the fact that it takes literally 10 – 15 mins to get two cars through it, i don’t know if it needs more workers or what but the service is so beyond slow that I have been able to write this whole thing with time to spare while waiting in line to get food. Also u need an overhang where u order because when the weather is bad which 9 outta 10 days it is, you’re car gets mutilated.

Pretty standard Subway, Not many seats inside this small sandwich shop. The service I have received has been adequate.(They’ve had their days of ups & downs) The reason I gave an extra star is that the Drive-Thru is Awesome to have when you don’t want to get out and stand in a line of folks gazing down through the glass trying to figure out what they want on their sandwich ??? Cool having a Drive-Thru and an extra bonus of being open 24 Hrs. !!

I am a big Subway fan and this is the closest location so when I eat it, I eat it here. My normal order is a BLT with avocado and they are always delicious. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the sandwiches make up for it. I could probably get them a little faster if I skipped the toasting but who would want to do that? I’m sure I’ll be back soon for more.

Nice that there is a drive thru. But not much faster than walking in. But beats getting out of a warm car on a cold day.

BROWNLETTUCE and RUNNYTUNASALAD… The Subway at Fairgrounds Road and Hwy 303(just a short distance from WalMart) in East Bremerton, WA, really hit a NEWLOW today(5÷27÷13). We ordered a foot-long tuna sub with lettuce, green peppers, and banana peppers. We got home to open up the WORST foot-long tuna sub we’ve ever had from any Subway: The tuna salad was so runny that it was oozing out of the bread(almost dripping), and when we opened the sandwich, the LETTUCE was ALLBROWN and chunky(not finely shredded like usual). When my husband phoned to complain, the manager said that they ALWAYS make the tuna salad a little runny.(They never ever made it THAT runny.) The manager didn’t apologize for the sandwich, the brown lettuce, or the inconvenience. He said we could come get another sandwich or a refund. Guess which one we’ll be choosing? We’ll go back for our money, and we’ll NEVER go back to the Fairgrounds Road Subway again! They don’t care about their product or their customers!

Oh my gosh. I must write and tell whoever is interested in what HORRIBLE customer service my sons and mother had at the subway off Fairgrounds. The sandwich maker kept mumbling as he asked what toppings. My teen son asked, «Pardon?» because he couldn’t hear and the male maker rolled his eyes and repeated the questions in an annoyed tone. He asked my son if he wanted his flatbread toasted. My son said no thank you. Employee said he has to toast flatbread, my son said no thank you. His grandma intervened and asked if he could just roll it up cold. They were told, «whatever». The female employee at the cashier asked if they’d like to make it a meal deal. My mother said sure. Employee asked small, medium, or large. Mother asked what the difference was. Employee just stared at her and didn’t reply. Seriously people? When they got home and told me the story I said they are lucky I wasn’t there as I would have walked out and not given your store a damn cent. I told my sons they have the power to politely decline and walk away if they are ever treated like that again. Such a shame as this Subway was one of our neighborhood lunch spots before it moved around the corner. Did ownership change or what? The small, mom and pop diner next door has all of our future business now. I’m still in shock.
