We order takeout a few times a month and have never had a problem. Yes, they take forever and a day to get your pizza to you but this is something I have come to terms with. In comparison to other pizza joints in the area they are the best. A little pricey for a pizza but just check their coupon deals and specials and you’ll be fine. I’ve never paid full price and never will. They have the best bbq chicken pizza and I think that’s the only reason I stick around. I should also add that they are no longer times pizza. Still the same menu and recipes but just a different name and management. It’s now pizza co op(owned and operated by the group of owners) so maybe all of the kinks will be worked out. I would expect a huge difference in customer service, at the very least. If you were displeased in the past maybe give them another try.

Review of their Port Orchard location: I’ve ordered gluten free pizza with no cheese from them twice– today we ordered a Hawaiian style, and there was literally one half of a piece of Canadian bacon on each slice. A few pineapples scattered over the pizza. If you’re charging me $ 20 for a pizza that costs $ 6 to make, could you at least throw down a few extra slices of ham? Come on. I used to work at a pizza place, and I would cover the pizza in pepperoni, add cheese, then top it off with a few more pieces of pepperoni. It’s the standard. I don’t see Tommy’s hanging around for that much longer at that location, not when I can get a full plate of Mexican food down the street for $ 7.

I have ordered pizzas from the fairgrounds location on 2 – 3 occations and they have all been pretty good. The last pizza I ordered was a 16″ Kodiak on garlic herb crust. The pizza was delivered in 30 min. and it was still hot which was great. This was the first time we tried the kodiak and thought it was a little strong tasting but still very good. I will definately try more pizzas in the future.

I ordered a pizza for delivery yesterday… and I am STILL waiting for it today!!! I know good things come to those who wait, but this is ridiculous!!! I mean hell, why would I want to wait for this long for crummy pizza! This pizza reminds of the pizza my husband’s Neapolitan Grandma made, when she had advanced Alzheimer’s and severe vision loss. The sauce sucks, the cheese is stale, and the crust is like Plato. If you have ANY respect for the process of how good pizza is made, then NEVEREVEREATHERE!!!

I’m sort a food aficionado and I haven’t pretty much eaten pizza in all sorts of nook and crannys around the world and I have to say this is probably top five in worst pizza places I have eaten at it was dirty in the inside, I have had digiorno’s more satisfying then this stuff. The medium was a small at normal places which would usually feed three people anywhere else and the price is the worst part because if you don’t buy two you screwed yourself which is gimmick.

For the price you pay, don’t expect gourmet, 5star pizza. It’s a fast food place and it has decent pizza. $ 1/slice and no tax. If you want something quick and cheap this is the place to go.

This review is for an order of Buffalo wings from Tommy’s Pizza on 6th Ave. in Bremerton. I’ve had Tommy’s pizza before and it was good… I only take the time to write reviews when I’m completely impressed. It wasn’t the pizza that did it for me, though. Tonight, I ordered Buffalo wings. I’m super picky about my wings and they have to be done just right. The skin needs to be well done — crispy — with no chewyness to it, the chicken has to be juicy, and the sauce has to be spicy and there has to be enough of it. Like I said, I’m super picky. I got a craving for wings, but didn’t feel like going out or cooking them myself. I live within walking distance to Tommy’s on 6th Street in Bremerton, so I decided to order them for the first time. I was pleased to find the comment box on the wings order page. I was able to leave a note for the cooks to make the wings«extra crispy» — I believe my words were«extra, extra, extra well done(burnt but not black) please!» I walked there to pick up the wings and when I arrived at the time stated on my receipt, one of the three cooks there said with a smile(while he was super busy prepping pizzas, mind you), «They’re almost done. We usually only drop ‘em twice, but since you wanted well-done, we dropped ‘em four times!» The gal who took my payment was also busy. So busy, in fact, that her hands were covered in flour. It was endearing and kind of nice to see a small business doing so well! She was super polite despite her obviously experienced multitasking. I waited maybe 3 minutes before my order was in my hand. Five minutes later, I was diving into the wings. They were PERFECT. I will probably order wings from Tommy’s every single time I’m craving Buffalo wings in the future. For the price, it was the perfect amount of food(I’m an average sized woman — my husband might eat two orders). I’m SOHAPPY to have found a go-to source for my finicky wing palate! THANKYOUTOMMY’S! And THANKYOU to the crew of 3 working tonight(a tiny black gal with a cute bobbed haircut, a very tall bigger white guy who seemed like a manager, and a tall thin white guy with dark hair) — You made my night!

They have pretty decent pizza at a fair price and the most option when it comes to toppings. They even used to have vegan cheese available… not sure if this is still true. This is probably the only pizza place that my beau and I order from in Bremerton… but Bremerton doesn’t really have a lot of choices when it comes to getting vegan friendly food. The people that work here are always super nice and helpful… in case they accidentally put real cheese on a no-cheese or vegan cheese pizza. I gotta say though, a while ago i ordered pasta and a salad, the salad was super brown and wilty… the pasta was pretty mediocre. They also used to put WAY too much vegan cheese on the pizza’s when you order it… maybe they are making up for the fact that they charge $ 4 for said vegan cheese??? I don’t know… as previously mentioned, I don’t know if they even carry it anymore… i always just add my own vegan cheese after the pizza comes now. I think that all in all, they are impoving in my personal opinion.

Silverdale Store: We ordered pizza at 6:40 and it did not arrive until 9:10! 2 ½ hours of waiting. And an added bonus, the food was barely warm by the time it got here. We called a few times, sometimes with phone never being answered, and all they said was it is busy and the food is being made or is out for delivery. I understand it is Saturday night and that yes they were prolly very busy but 2 ½ hours and almost cold food means I will not be using this franchise ever again. The pizza is alright, so it honestly even worth the issues. I’d rather get my pizza from a big chain then here.

Port Orchard location: We ordered a large pizza, two orders of chicken wings and one Caesar salad. We only received one order or chicken wings. I called back within minutes and the manager Joe looked up our order and confirmed that we ordered two. He said he would have a driver out as soon as possible with the missing wings. Shortly thereafter we received another call from Joe and he said that they were out of wings. He said that he wasn’t able to send over any wings that night but that he would make a note that we could receive a «free order of wings» the next time we ordered pizza. By this time I had eaten a little bit of the pizza and it wasn’t spectacular, especially after spending 50 dollars on the order. I wasn’t so sure I would be ordering pizza again from Tommy’s, not to mention that I had ALREADYPAIDFORTHATFREEORDEROFWINGS. I explained to him that I had already paid for it and that I wasn’t sure when I would be ordering pizza again from them. I requested that they give me back the amount that I had paid for the wings. He said that he wasn’t able to «refund» me my money because it had already been processed. I then told him that I hadn’t received the goods for the money that I had paid and that they were welcome to send a driver back with the cash if they couldn’t refund my credit card. He said that the owner did not allow refunds. WTF? You can’t just take my money and not give me a product in return. So I asked him to provide good customer service and offer me some compensation for paying in advance for wings, such as a complimentary order of wings or pizza. He said that the owner didn’t allow them to give complimentary anything. Sounds like a shitty owner to me. I asked the manager to have the owner give me a call, but apparently Tommy doesn’t believe in that either. Thank God I paid with a credit card. I’m going to deny the charges and only approve the amount less the chicken wings. All in all, this place sucks. Terrible customer service, mediocre pizza, soggy wings. And the Caesar salad is really bad too — the dressing is sweet somehow and the salad was not fresh. AVOIDATALLCOSTS! Go to Albertson’s and get one of their take and bake pizzas. They are much tastier, and you don’t have to deal with crap from the owner.

WARNING: PIZZATASTESGOODBUTIFTHEYMESSUPYOUWILLBEOUTOFLUCKTORECEIVEANYCOMPENSATIONFORYOURTIMEANDTROUBLETO G On Saturday at 1:10pm I called Tommy’s Pizza in Port Orchard to order a gluten free pizza for my daughter who has celiac. She was going to a Halloween party where pizza was going to be served. I asked for a medium GF crust. I was immediately asked to hold because the man who answered the phone needed to see if they had any GF crust left. He told me they had been busy the night before and was not sure if they had any left. I was told that they were out of medium GF crust but had a large GF crust. He told me the price of this crust. He did not say that because they were out of medium he would be giving me a large for the medium price. I said nothing because I wanted to see what would happen when I go to the shop to pick up the pizza. I was originally going to order a Hawaiian pizza which had double Canadian Bacon and pineapple. But because he was charging me full price for the large even though I only wanted a medium, I said I just wanted a single serving of Canadian Bacon and pineapple and made it clear to him of this change. He gave me the price $ 20.83. And said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I told him I did not need the pizza ready until 1:50. He said that was fine it would be ready then.(Her party started at 2) At 1:50 we arrived at Tommy’s. Upon arrival, we were told very politely that they were out of Canadian Bacon and that they did not ask me for my phone number so they had no way of contacting me and what would I like instead of Canadian Bacon as they had the pizza ready to go in the oven once we picked a topping. We chose a different topping and said we would be right back as I need to pick something up at Alberton’s across the street that was needed for the party. About 10 to 15 minutes later we came back and where now told in a very polite manner… they were sorry out pizza was«run over» in the oven. Another pizza in the over ran over ours on the conveyer belt. We could have«half» our pizza or another one made. But good news time time, they had Canadian Bacon again because it was just delivered along with some other supplies. I told him to remake it and put on Canadian Bacon but that I would have to come back because my daughter was now already late for her party. So I took my daughter to her party which was almost on the other side of town and went back to pick up the pizza. When I arrived back almost an hour later from the time we first arrived to pick up the first ordered pizza, it was thankfully ready. The two men in the shop apologized again and proceeded to CHARGEMEFULLPRICE!!! I said nothing because I wanted to contact the owner at this point and I wanted to get the pizza back to my daughter at her party. My consolation was a «scratch off» for«everyone wins something»!(I will tell you my scratch off revealed a free 12″ pizza, to which they do not make GF in 12″) As I drove back to the party to deliver her pizza it was 2:44! So after all of this I called my daughter’s father to ask him to look at the website and see if there was a corporate office number since they had 4 locations. There was no number. So I called another locations number and was told the best way to reach the owner, Tommy, was to go to the website and send an email through their website. I then called her father back and let him know. He went to the website and asked for the owner to call us back since we had a customer service issue at one of this locations we wanted to let him know about. In addition, her father called the Silverdale location of Tommy’s and the local Domino’s pizza to ask if they would charge full price on a large pizza if a customer asked for a medium but they were out. Both said«no»! This is now Thursday evening and I have not heard from anyone at Tommy’s. Tuesday morning early, about 8 am, I sent a private message through the Facebook Fan Page to please call me. I have not heard from anyone at Tommy’s. Tuesday evening, I went into Tommy’s in Bremerton on 6th. I spoke with the manager there and explained what happen. His solution was to try and handle it himself by offering me a «discount off of a pizza» right then. I told him I did not want a pizza right then. He was going to give me a «credit for a $ 3 discount from his location», which is no where near where I live. So I asked him to have Tommy give me a call. I left my card with him. I have not heard from anyone at Tommy’s. So my suggestion to you is that I would not order from Tommy’s pizza unless you can stand over them and hope they do not mess up your order because you will be out of luck for any compensation of your time and trouble from ordering them. I have not seen this poor of customer service in a very long time. I will not be ordering from them any more and will warn anyone who wants to try them to beware!

Ordered a delivery pizza, customised online. Pizza took about an hour and 15 minutes to deliver, and when I received the pizza, it was covered in ham. I picked a custom veggie with pesto sauce. It didn’t even have the right sauce. When I called back they told me it would take another hour and didn’t even offer anything for the trouble. Worst customer service for the amount of money spent on «good» pizza. In my opinion, this isn’t even quality pizza, dominoes quality, MAYBE. And that’s giving dominoes a hard time. Would not order again. I didn’t realise at the time when I wrote this review that there are actually two Tommy’s Pizza’s in Bremerton; and I just wanted to clarify that I ordered delivery from the one located on 6th. Also, after I had complained on Facebook I was contacted by an employee at the Fairgrounds location offering a free pizza to make up for the service.

I took advantage of a recent coupon offer to try Tommy’s Pizza, buy one regular price, get one free. We ordered two 16″ combinations, the«All Meat Pizza» and«The Flying Pig». After tax and delivery they were over $ 32 not including tip. The pizzas were only ok. The menua says«all combination pizzas come smothered in mozzarella cheese». Smothered? Hardly. I was expecting better. We’ll give them one more chance because some of their more exotic combinations sound impressive but if those aren’t amazing, Tommy’s Pizza will get no more business from us.

My friend and I order pizza from here every once in awhile, and it’s always been good. The Thai Chicken pizza and the Gyro are my favorite. It’s a little expensive, but it is also way better than chain restaurant pizza. Plus, they almost always have a coupon in the Valpak, so that helps a lot!

I was a previous customer of Jet City(before it was the now Tommy’s Pizza) so I was a little disappointed when they switched over. I was expecting something totally different– but was pleasantly surprised! The pizzas are great– the meat one is our family’s favorite. We order out from them at least once a week. The garlic bread is great too– just the perfect amount of seasoning. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. I’m always very fickle, and they’re always very patient :) I would LOVE to see them branch out over Kitsap County! I live just right up the street but would love to get their pizza when I’m out and about around town!

Website is outdated, pizza was greasy & over priced. Worst of all the caesar salad we ordered was delivered brown & slimey. I can’t imagine they didn’t notice it when they packaged our meal up for delivery. Needless to say, I will not order again.

I’ll admit I was pretty sad when I noticed Jet City was no longer there. But, after some research and checking their website, found out it was just a separation from the franchise. They still have the beer batter crust, and they still have plenty of options, and also added more to the menu, such as grinders, pasta, and more. Had a cheeseburger deluxe pizza today that had a chipotle sauce. Personally it was too spicy for me(but I can’t take basic spicy stuff) however my boyfriend loved it. Their prices also can’t be beat, with a Kitsap card we can still use the Jet City Pizza discount, and it’s great. One thing I am very disappointed about though is the absence of their awesome daily special that Jet City once had. They had two slices of pizza and a drink for $ 5. Each day was different types of pizza, and it was also great because it was cheap. Now it seems it’s just typical pepperoni every day, what a bummer. :(This was the only place besides Seabeck Pizza in Silverdale that did single slices of specialty pizza. But Jet City was cheaper. Regardless of that, I will continue to go here. They are different from the other pizza chains and I really love the beer batter crust. EDIT: Well now that the gourmet slices are back, I’m gonna be coming by alot more. ;)

actually it pretty much is Jet City. from what i’ve been told the owner just wanted to put on more ingredients and options. personally i love their crusts and their breads they use for garlic bread and sandwiches. the only two things that i personally don’t care for is their pasta and buffalo wing sauce. but for their buffalo wing sauce i personally don’t care for the taste of Franks Red Hot. when they first transitioned over they changed their bbq sauce and the guys i lived with did not like it but they changed it again and they like it much better. they say it’s not quite the Jet City bbq but i don’t have an opinion on it since i don’t eat their bbq chicken pizza they get. so far i haven’t had a pizza i didn’t like yet. i even like their april/may specialty taco pizza. but i haven’t had some of their more out there combinations yet. one day i’ll brave them though.(oh, even their cinnamon sticks are delicious!) *only been to the fairgrounds location

This restaurant replaced Jet City Pizza a short while ago. Where Tommy’s really shines is it’s 25% military discount. Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza, an order of breadsticks and a drink, paid around $ 12. Pizza was fairly average, but the breadsticks were stuck to the paper in the box. And not the simple peel requiring kind of stuck, the paper was tearing off piece by little, annoying piece. You can find better pizza elsewhere, but not at a better price.
