Great experience. I came into this place ready to buy a TV. I spent several months researching online. I had read hundreds of reviews. I knew what I wanted. The salesperson approach me was a young guy. He was informed, articulate, and especially eager to make a sale. He did a great job sharing with me what he knew. The information he gave me only reaffirmed the decision that I had made before I walked in. It made me feel even better about my decision. Although he favored Samsung for the online experience, I wanted to Sony. His eagerness to make a sale, was the muscle behind getting me a better deal than was posted. In the end, I walked out of there with the Sony model that I wanted, at the price I wanted, and no sales tax(EE paid it). In the end I got an online price, from a local shop, and a personal experience. I’ll be back.

NEVERAGAIN. POSITIVE: +Honest install guy INBETWEEN: +/-Cheaper than CarTronics NEGATIVE: –Most prices unmarked(guessing due to the remodel.) –Not at all knowledgable staff –One operational computer to look up any answers… Really? One operational computer in an electronics store? –Original purchase… ~$ 400. Sub/Amp Combo, Amp Kit, Install cost. Not bad. Let’s do this. –Uh oh. The sub is cutting out. Can only do this with a new head unit. Cha-ching… –Wait, it’s a new car? Gotta have this $ 100 wire harness too(install guy has never seen one above $ 45)Cha-Ching. –Boss wanted to charge for install on the head unit too despite the dash being already dismantled. Fortunately honest install guy brought him back to reality. –What the fuck? My radio doesn’t work? Seriously? You forgot the reattach the antenna? –OHHHHH… the antenna requires an additional $ 20 cord to reattach… Cha Ching… BOTTOMLINE: Ended up spending about double than the expected cost due to the ignorance and ineptitude of their own products. Expect dumb looks from the sales staff and do not trust the bossman.
