Food is so good here! I don’t understand all the bad reviews, this is a super yummy place with amazing prices! Love the Hong Kong family special. They aren’t super friendly but still nice. I come for the food and prices when I’m just picking food up so five stars for me! They have lots of good stuff! Check it out!

No time to cook, kids wanted Chinese
Went in no one else eating inside but we were hungry and decide to eat in and less mess to bring home
Lady asked if eating in or not and assumed we will just take out… it felt like she’d rather have us do take it and less dishes for them
My 3 girls or 1 of them getting rowdy with the turn table and she was eyeing them
I initially thought she was not very welcoming and did read a review on her being rude but she end up really nice serving us good food, chicken and corn soup, teriyaki and fried rice were all good.
Next time maybe I will just do to go.
Some Chinese resto staff are so personable so I would compare it to this one that’s why only 3 stars however food was okay… and tasty for the kids
Floor was weirdly yes sticky when I walked from restroom to table just like one of the helpers mentioned lol! But the place was overall clean and a bit of an upgrade for regular off the walls
It is surrounded by farmlands and away from other stores and crowd but plenty parking and room

Service is horrible very rude. Food was awful had no flavor I got 2 items and it was almost $ 20. Used to be good.

Pretty good, crab rangoons are super stuffed but a little sweet for my taste. Customer service is good, love the walk up window for pick up and their delivery is fast (although I live about a mile away). Decent prices!

They were super slow the day we ordered. She couldn’t find my order since she didn’t write down the correct phone number and no name. When we ordered we made sure that there was NO shellfish in any order. Got home and opened the chow mein to 2 shrimp. Well, my mil couldn’t eat that now.
The restaurant floor was sticky and needed a good scrubbing.

I haven’t been here in a long but when I use to go I loved the food. I don’t remember there pricing or anything but I remember loving the food. I do remember waiting awhile for the food to be cook but that’s about it. It was worth it.

Really good food. Their service sucks though and if you call them for a pick up they’re most likely to get your order completely wrong.

The food is decent good quality, I never dined in only delivery. The only bad thing is customer services the lady on the phone always seems to be angry and in a rush, other than that it’s pretty good Chinese food.

Food looks ok but do you have to argue with me both in the phone and in person. Then sit there talk Chinese like we don’t know what you are saying Sorry I order chicken fried rice and «plain» rice and that was too hard

Haven’t even tried their food and as of right now have no intention of doing so, they take rudeness to a whole new level. I called to ask if they deliver, what if any delivery fees and if they required a minimum order, besides the fact that I could barely understand the person on the other end of the line, when I informed her that I lived at the end of Balfour and it was Discovery Bay she told me they won’t deliver to Discovery Bay and hung up on me!!! Too bad because I would have placed an order for pickup —

My boyfriend & I went here because we have been wanting to try it for the longest time. We walked in to see no customers and not even music, just silence. We order 2 glasses of water to start and my boyfriends water had a long hair in it. We order our food, I got sweet & sour pork and he got garlic chicken. the pork was all fat, no flavor barely covered in sauce. The white rice was sitting in a pool of oil and water, not to mention the poorly cooked and prepared chicken. This isn’t even the worst of my experience, I went up to the lady and refused to pay for this disgusting meal and she started yelling at me, telling me I need to go to church and that ‘god is watching me for doing this’, I’m wasting her money and product and I flat out said I’m NOT paying for my food. I didn’t eat it, it’s gross I don’t like it. she continued to yell at me, asking why don’t I like the food. My boyfriend comes up and the cook comes out and says to him, «when’s the last time you’ve had Chinese food» questioning us like just because we’re not Chinese we don’t know good Chinese food? we eat it all the time! So then they tell us not to go anywhere and that we can’t leave because they’re calling the cops on us for not wanting to pay. So we sit while the cook stands over our table on the phone with the cops. He states that his restaurant is the best Chinese place in brentwood, HA. So the cops tells him they can’t do anything about it and he tells us to get out, so we left and ate somewhere else. I work in the culinary industry as a cook in sf, I know shitty food when I see it. I’ll never go back there again!

I’m surprised this place is still in business. One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had took place at this restaurant. As soon as I stepped in it was uncomfortable. There was no music, no people, and no noise. Our servant was very rude, my food was undercooked and was not fresh at all. I refused to pay and was rudely yelled at and was called numerous names. The most unprofessional place ever.

Awesome food and reasonable prices. I recently moved, so now I’m much closer!
So far I’ve tried the Broccoli Beef, Sweet & Sour Pork, and Crabmeat Rangoon. Excellent, just excellent!!!

The food is great and the value as well. Portions a good sized. My husband and I normally share a combo plate and get some potstickers too. We used to bring our 3 boys in when they were little and the gentleman with the thick glasses was so kind and gave us a free plate of something small for the boys. He was so nice! Now, the lady who works the front now? She could learn a LOT from him. She is cold and unwilling to make any reasonable substitutions. We decided to dine in the other night and she acted as if she was doing us a favor. In short the food is 4 stars and the service from that lady is 0!

Order to go tonight based on my father in law’s recommendation. I ordered at arrival as this was my first time here as I wanted the chance to bail if things looked funky. Everything looked fine, so I ordered the Wor Wonton Soup, S/​S Chicken, Mongolian Chicken, and Chicken with Veg. The server said the food would be ready in 10 minutes… It actually came out in less than that. The food was hot on arrival home, the veggies were hot, but crisp and all of the different flavors were wonderful. Highly recommend the Mongolian Chicken!

Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The people go out of there way to make sure your happy, and the restaurant is clean what more could you ask for. They make the food from scratch after you order it exactly the way you won’t it so you don’t have to pick stuff out of it.

As we ordered about $ 60 worth of good @exactly 4:39, the woman barely speaking English blurted out «40minutes» it is now 6:49 and after an hour of it’ll be there very soon, still no food. We ended up ordering food from another Chinese restaurant even further from our house, delivered, ate and even cleaned up before these idiots even acknowledged their horrible customer service. Not even a sorry. Just a call to see if we are canceling! REALLY? Ha. I will NEVER eat here, ever. First experience and that’s how you DRIVE OUT BUSINESS. This place will end up getting the food department called soon so I’m not worried!

I was working late on a Monday night. I lost track of time and missed dinner. At around 9:30, I remembered a friend had recommended Lone Tree Drive In, and it’s close to my office so I figured I’d give them a call, fully expecting them to say the kitchen was closed.
Instead, the guy’s all, «Pickup or delivery?» Whaaat? Hell yeah, I want delivery.
20 minutes later I’m eating kickass chowmein. At my desk. Like a BOSS.
(Also, the food’s pretty good. Some of the better Chinese food in town, though that’s not saying a lot. Tai San Jin is definitely better, but doesn’t deliver.)

Showed up around 9pm. Not very busy at all. Ordered my food (chicken fried rice and honey walnut prawns). Got my food in a reasonable time. Than when it came to paying the lady asked if I had cash. I responded «no, is that a problem?» She than said fine card is okay. It’s like okay??? The food I got was actually gross. The honey walnut prawns tasted like deep fried nothing. So greasy. Same with the rice nothing special at all. I heard decent reviews about this place, but the food and the décor mixed with the service is a thumbs down. The great side is that there’s plenty of parking!
