Dugans Pub was a shining star on a cold dark night. Great food and cold beer. We had the shepards pie, rueben and french onion soup

Our visit was nice. First time here. Beer was awesome and the appetizers were great and served quickly. I had a salad do not much way to mess that up. I asked about their t-shirts and much of the selection was out of stock. Plus the prices posted for their apparel didn’t match what they quoted me. The waitress was new so she kept having to go ask her manager for clarifications. Overall we had a great time.

Where to begin? Food took forever and when it first arrived, the mashed potatoes in the bangers and mash were ice cold. The fish in the fish n chips was greasy and over cooked. The bacon cheeseburger wasn’t too bad, but not particularly good, either. The caesar salad was ok, but it takes a special kind of incompetence to screw up a salad, so that’s not really a selling point. On the bright side, our server was nice.

Bring your appetite to this place. They have a great menu with lots to choose from. The portions are huge! Everything we ordered was delicious! The beer menu was also large and Heidi our waitress was awesome! She kept our drinks coming. If you are in the mood for some good hearty Irish food, then Dugan’s is the place.

Pretty cool place, easy to access and good parking. I bought another Oskar Blues Pilsner there for $ 4.50 which was just .50 more than it cost at the brewery. The bartender was very nice and attentive and knew all the locals by name. The only con I had was that the place smelled a little like a wet dog. Not sure if that was just someone near me in the bar but it was not a great thing.

Gorgeous place, friendly staff, quick service and the food was awesome. Lots of TVs, couple locals at the bar. We had lunch there on our one day in town. I had the fish n chips and he had a burger. The fish was perfect.

This place has always been our go to restaurant when passing through town. We certainly hope today’s visit isn’t the new norm. Basically the service sucked today. We sat at the bar and It took 10 minutes for the bartender to finally decide to serve us. When the bartender drew my beer there was so much foam that when it finally went away i was left with ½ glass of beer. We then had to ask twice for items that we ordered and even with that, one of the items never did arrive. We sat at the bar with 2 bartenders working and still couldn’t get a drink refilled within a reasonable time. We didn’t order a 2nd beer each because at that point we decided our meal would be over before it arrived. It appeared that one of the waitstaff had brought their child in to visit and everyone was just hanging out playing with the baby. We believe in tipping well for good service but today was probably only the 2nd time ever that we left no tip. Very disappointed. Haven’t decided whether we will go back.

Awesome pub! I’ve been looking for this place for years and had no idea they relocated to a larger building. So glad I found my go to spot when traveling through Brevard after fishing or riding the bike. I was afraid that this place had shut down. Don’t skip out on a perfectly poured Guinness. If you want a snack try the Tso wings. If you’re hungrier, grab the Guinness meatloaf or the bangers and mash.
