i contacted both Bloomspot and Harvest delivery. Bloomspot never responded. Harvest delivery replied and explained what happened. Very understandable reason. They scheduled a delivery with me. The vegetables and fruit are fresh. they will install an icebox for your home if you decide to sign up for the delivery service. However, I am in an apartment building, and it seems challenging to install one. the vegetables are fresh and tempting. but most of the vegetables are western type. Since I am used to Asian vegetables, the delivery might not be just right for me. I really appreciate that the owner himself delivered the food and explained to me what happened in person. I think the misunderstanding is caused by the incompetence of Bloomspot to communicate with Harvest delivery. It is not the first time I had bad experience with Bloomspot.
