Pascal, the owner, not an honest person, IN FACT HE IS A LIAR, he took 18 months many non returned calls and non answered emails, to fix my truck and assured me on many occasions that it was OK, when in fact it wasn’t, after taking the truck to the dealer to confirm he had not installed the replacement engine correctly and would not pass inspection so he said he would fix the problem and once again he didn’t, he told me the truck was OK to drive home 60 miles to find it spewing coolant 5 miles from his shop, and called from the roadside 3 time no return call until i kept calling to be answered by an employee to say he was busy, and left me on the side of the road to sort it out, I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE THAT HAS A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BRIARCLIFF AUTO SERVICES AND PASCAL DORAN TO POST IT AND GIVE A TRUE AND HONEST REVIEW AS HE WAS REFEREED BY A FRIEND AND HAS DONE THE SAME TO A PERSON I REFEREED HIM TO ALSO, HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE ABOUT THE WORK BEEN DONE AND LEAVE YOU ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AS HE DID TO ME, AND WILL NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO PICK UP THE PHONE TO DEAL WITH IT.
