Dunkin’ Donuts

I hate to write a bad review but this is a pretty bad dunkin donuts. I’ve tried them 5 times at different times of the day and every time they mess up my order. every time I ask it to be corrected they aren’t rude but it would be a struggle to get the order right. The coffee and donuts taste like they have been sitting for hours. You also never know what time they really close bc they are always closes before the time on the door states.

This is a great place. The service is great and the baristas are excellent. I am pleased with this Dunkin Donuts. It has its own charm and is a very warm place to relax and enjoy your coffee.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. The staff is so incredibly rude. I have never seen or experienced such poor customer service. I am a faithful customer who patrons the store at least 6 days a week. The only thing I order is iced coffee. Every single morning my order is some how screwed up. Either they forget to put french vanilla, splenda or cream. When I do speak up and say that the cooffee is not to my liking, I get nasty comments either in Spanish or English. There seems to be a trend of the treatment of the English speaking customers vs the Spanish speaking customers. I find the staff is rude and abrupt to the English speaking customers but are friendly and smiling to the Spanish speaking customers. It is absolutely disgusting. I will drive three miles more to Pleasantville to avoid ever going to this Dunkin Donuts again,
