Dunkin’ Donuts

Updating again this place has completely turned around and is a lot better now! I’m not sure if it was the elimination of staff or a new manager but it’s now a breeze to get in and out !
Updating this review to say that as of recently Christian has been helping me with my order and he’s the best worker there! Sweet, quick and always friendly

This place is Awful!!! The manager is nasty and reprimands employees in front of customers… can hardly understand her english…4 times this week i asked for
large coffee 2 sugar and cream and got hot water 12 sugar and cream… no coffee taste, and the managers dont care. Only Cody (a worker there) cares… hes service oriented and should be the manager. HE CARES… This place will go out before long if they dont listen to the customers. The manager and workers talk on there cell phones and ignore the customers,

Dunkin Donuts is to donuts what McDonalds is to hamburgers. Which is to say that if you think their donuts are amazing, you’ve never had a fresh baked donut before. This particular store is in a convenient location and is relatively clean and uncrowded but they don’t carry the jelly munchkins here and service in general is pretty lousy.
The new croissant donuts are an improvement but the lack of variety at this location speaks to their lack of volume and it just can’t be recommended.
Add one star if you live nearby and like your coffee hotter than Mercury.

No real complaints here. I’ve never had an issue with this location. It’s near where I live so I only really come in whenever I buy a dozen doughnuts and Box of Joe for the office sometime on my way to work. The staff is nice and always put all the creams and sugar carefully in the bags. Never seen the place while insane, though

Super weird bc I would have bet 100 $ i wrote a review for this spot before…
The service is super shotty here; sometimes its 30 seconds or other times I’ve waited legit 15 mins for a bagel and coffee. Idk if they don’t train ppl well or are just in a hurry? I’ve had vegetable cream cheese when I only order plain, asked for an iced coffee and gotten it black with nothing else [um WTF] and witnessed who I would guess is the manager being a complete Cee You Next Tuesday to her own staff in front of customers. She must think ppl would side with her but hell no, who likes a self righteous bitch in a visor?! She’s no winner at her job either bc she’s cut me off and grabbed my card to swipe it mid-​order and i’m lke, woman I aint done!
It’s unfortunate that this place is located close to work but I often steer clear bc of the frequent mix ups in orders or shitty attitudes mostly from the old bat and some select employees on a power trip. Note to self, YOU WORK AT DUNKIN DONUTS not Trump Plaza.

All I can say is welcome back Pumpkin Spice!!! Sraff is extremely friendly! Can’t wait to come back to try the Pumpkin Spice Muffins.

Great service very fast at 645am. Pumpkin coffee is good. Never get that burnt coffee taste.

This particular location is dirty and very unfriendly. They wouldn’t honor my AARP free donut deal unless I bought a huge coffee. They’re pretty slow too.

The server (Maya?) failed to tell me that I could get free hash browns with my breakfast sandwich and coffee order– when I questioned the promotion-​she did not make it right. Also, the sandwich was carelessly, and poorly assembled– and not wrapped properly –when I reached into the bag, I touched bare sandwich-​it was completely unwrapped. also I was given no napkins with a greasy dripping sandwich. Unfriendly, unprofessional. Really poor experience-​Never again.

Yes, I am reviewing a Dunkin Donuts right now.
Clean, good location, good (enough) service. Bagels and donuts aren’t as fresh as some of the other DD’s, but this location is also smaller.
I am currently obsessed with the Vanilla Chai. It’s worth a try. :)
