Capriccio II

This place constantly screws up my order. I don’t even know why i bother getting delivery from them. I gave them a second chance today, still haven’t gotten any better. Get you act together over there people.

Do you feel like having somebody answer the phone and immediately put you on hold for 5 minutes so nobody can answer? How about twice? If this sounds awesome to you, deal with Capriccio.

A good pizza joint. Not to flashy, and just right.

Been eating here for over ten years. Love the chicken, tomato and onion pizza. Great fried calamari and jalapeño pizza!

Yummy yummy pizza! I love buffalo chicken pizza and they nailed it. Their pasta is really good too and the people are so nice there.

we are frequent customers, all the entrees are always consistent and fresh. I do suggest dining in because if I was rating their delivery service it would be more like 2 – 3 stars.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and after waiting 1 hour called and they said it was on its way, after 2 hours of waiting I called and canceled the order and asked for a refund, 45 minutes later the delivery guy shows up. Waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes for a pizza when I live less than 10 minutes away… ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I will NEVER order from here again.

Love their pizza. Been a happy customer and referral source for over 20 years. Unfortunately, the woman on the phone is incapable of managing orders. First name starts with N. She needs to learn to check her attitude. Manager, please take note.

Solid food, very good pizza, friendly service, reasonable prices

Ordered delivery to Montrose and to make a long story short, it took an hour and fifteen minutes. The pizza was average, nothing special. Garlic knots were cold and served without sauce. Never had garlic knots without sauce and now i know why, not too great. All in all a pretty horrible experience. Ive had better pizza and I’ve definitely had better service. There’s no reason to go here much better pizza places in the area.

Customer service is good but Pizza is very oily. Ordered 2 plain slices and threw the second one away. Not coming back here

Good food, disappointing customer service! Stayed away for over 6 months after my last fiasco. Last time, my delivery order that was promised to come in 30 minutes, didn’t show up for 2 hours, even after I called twice. No effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience. Last night I picked up an order that I had called in — 15 minute order was ready in more than 30 minutes. Again no concern for my wait time. Previously had been spending close to $ 100 each month at this place. Never again! I will order all of my pizza from Old Fashion Pizza

The food is awesome. Penne ala vodka pizza is the best. Try anything you won’t be disappointed

Best pizza in new york! Hands down, everytime i have a delivery around the area its a must stop for me.

I enjoyed some delicious authentic Italian food at Capriccio II. This is a small & cozy, casual restaurant with really good food. My group ordered the Shrimp Scampi in a lemon buttter garlic sauce & added chicken ($ 12.95), Grilled Chicken with Broccolli Rabe ($ 12.95), a Penne a la Vodka side ($ 6.95) and a Greek Salad ($ 10,95). All of the sauces were great. You won’t finish your entrée in one sitting because of the generous portions so do share with a friend. Our waitress was super nice and we loved this place!

Really good pizza. When I lived in the area I used to order takeout all the time.
I happened to be in the area today so I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken slice with blue cheese dressing. I enjoyed my lunch! :D

Only one thing I need to say…
ABSURDLY, Amazing, Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza.
It has my heart and stomach.
Automatic five stars!
(plus the place is clean, has enough seating, and an array of pizza ready to go, and other foods are excellent as well – my family frequently uses their catering.)

This pizza joint was very impressive! I stopped in with a small group to have pizza and this place had a waitress! It doesn’t seem like a restaurant but rather your typical pizza spot but the waiter service and overall customer service experience makes this place a top notch pizza joint.
The pie of pizza we got wasn’t bad but I thought the slices were on the thin side (we ordered pepperoni pie) and the cheese seemed to out weigh the crust but it did taste decent. We didn’t have a food dish but from observing other customers getting served the food plates looked really good.
I have to say the customer service experience truly makes this place a pleasure to dine at. Hands down the best customer service oriented pizza joint I’ve ever visited.
