Chick-fil-A

Can get crowded, considering it’s the only Chick-​Fil-​A within the entire Toms River-​Brick-​Lakewood area. But that doesn’t damper the experience. Fairly quick too, considering how crowded it can get. The staff is really friendly and it’s unbelievably clean here. I haven’t had a bad meal here. Everything’s always made fresh, you can tell you’re not eating chicken or fries that have been left under a heating lamp.

Came here for lunch while on vacation, this place never gets old Haha the food and atmosphere where great. Make sure if you stop bye pick up a shake there greaaaat

Went to this location to break my chick fil a virginity, and boy was I blown away. This chicken was next to none. It was so high quality for a fast food chain I was flabbergasted.

The only fast food place I ever go too! A1 customer service and delicious waffle fries!
Pro tip: Ask for the roasted BBQ, you can thank me later!

Chick-​fil-​A has upped its game over the past few years and this store location is no exception.
: The dining room was clean and so was the bathroom.
: Every employee I came in contact with was very friendly/​helpful.
: The spicy chicken was crisp & golden on the outside while juicy on the inside. The lettuce was crisp and not wilty. The tomato could have been a little fresher.
: Wi-​Fi signal was strong.

This is a really great Chick-​fil-​A and I’m not that big a fan of Chick-​fil-​A however my son enjoys it so when I order take out or order is ready within minutes and served hot fresh and with a friendly attitude highly recommend it.

This is a pretty good fast-​food restaurant. Healthier options that some of the other local fast-​good places. The staff is very friendly, the store very clean and the food prices are ok.
The only negative (which really isn’t a negative, because it was an accident), was the last two times I went in to order, I asked for a packet of dressing. In both cases, the cashiers acknowledged the request and added it to the receipt, but never gave us the dressing.
This is not a huge deal, as the dressing is a free item and we didn’t order salads (just a craving to have w/​waffle fries), so it is understandable how it could have been missed.
Great place and we’ll be going back soon.

My 17 year old daughter and I went for dinner 6÷9÷15 at around 6pm after she had a painful procedure at the hospital and she had been crying. The girl at the counter was polite and efficient as usual when she took our order. I went to the restroom after we ordered and when I came out, my daughter was holding an ice cream cone. She said the girl at the counter came over to the table and gave it to her because she looked upset! I tried to thank her last night, but I didn’t see her before we left. It was a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated.

Food temperature and quality is very good. The Manager here actually comes around to your table and throws out your garbage for you. The staff is friendly and curteous. I have yet to have them make a mistake with my order and I have been eating here for about a year and a half.

My first time at Chick-​fil-​A was awesomeness. My friend would always tell me if I had to grab some fast food on a long drive CFA would hit the spot and the quality was steps above the usual clown and king stuff. On my way back from Atlantic City there happened to be one located conveniently off the Garden State Parkway. I opted for the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich while my hermano took the regular chicken sandwich (he’s not a fan of lettuce). He got some classic nuggets on the side just because. I liked the waffle fries but there was something off about them. I’d take some mcky dee fries any day. But the sandwich was off the hook, for a fast food joint. It was spicy as promised but not overwhelming. I was surprised as to how hot the food was when we got it, and the incredibly quick service time. My drink came in this nice little styrofoam cup, which didn’t have the same condensation effect the plastic cups do, which was nice. The reason chick-​fil-​a is getting 5 stars is how well that chicken was cooked and tasted. It shed apart easily and was fluffly jn a way, almost like it was pulled. I’ll deff opt out for Chick-​fil-​A above any other quick snacking joint next time I’m on the road.

This place has such a chip on their shoulder management wise. They are disrespectful to their employees. They first give 5 to 6 shifts a week then hire too many people and cut you down to 1 shift. How is a kid supposed to live on 1 shift a week. They are a very shady team. Just the way they treat employees I can never go there nor would I ever recommend them.

Service is unbelievable for a fast food restaurant. They are always polite whether you’re going through the drive-​thru or dining inside. They clear the tables without you having to even think about it. Grilled chicken bites are the best for those dieting and the salads are delicious. For those not dieting, the waffle fries & shakes are to die for.

This place is awesome, and not just the food! Clean, super friendly and great for kids! I know it’s fast food but it really takes it to another level.

Was in the mood for a quick and simple grilled chicken sandwich, paired up with four grilled chicken nuggets, not too shabby. Not a big fan of fast food, but the grilled chicken was tasty and what I needed it to be, quick and somewhat healthy.

Food is great and inexpensive. Staff are great too, especially for a fast food joint. To use the line from the most interesting man in the world, I don’t always eat fast food, but when I do, I eat Chick-​filet.

I am a huge fan of Chick-​Fil-​A and have been to several up and down the east coast. The store is brand new and customers are not use to the new dining experience where your food is actually brought to your table, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and the prices for a fast food chain may be a bit high, but again you receive better quality than other chains. My only gripe and it is minor, is that I asked for extra extra extra pickles and what do I receive…4 pickle slices. This same scenario occurred at a C-​F-​A in North Carolina and I wrote the company about it. I went up to the counter and requested a side of pickles, which they were able to produce. Parking is decent and the store is kept extremely clean. Would I go back? You better believe it.

Fast food chicken doesn’t get better than this! Not only is the service extraordinary, the food is delicious and seemingly healthy compared to all the other fast food restaurants. I remember Chick-​fil-​A was sometimes an infrequent treat at the Woodbridge Mall when I was a child. I couldn’t get enough of the Polynesian sauce for my chicken nuggets or the waffle fries!
It was awesome when I moved to Ocean County and spotted the one in Howell, and now, a local franchise in Brick is super exciting even though they will be closed on Sundays. I have catered twice from Chick-​fil-​A and my guests continue to love the food, and the I always have lots of food left over even after people have seconds and thirds. I will always recommended the service from Chick-fil-A’s well-​trained staff.

I think you would be hard pressed to find something wrong with Chick Fil A. Their service is superior and there isn’t any other fast food chain with fresher chicken and lemonade. Their shakes are to die for! This is a great place to meet up with friends for play dates with little ones. They have an awesome play area and are very family friendly. They even come around to refill your drinks and take away your trash. So excited for the Brick location to open!!!

CHICK FIL A IN BRICK, FINALLY
After years of having to go to Howell or the Freehold mall to get my chick fil a fix, Brick finally gets its own. With this location, as with the Howell location, I can shop for home improvement products at Lowe’s. Because, you know, I always crave hardware after I eat spicy chicken.
FOOD:
If you haven’t experienced Chick Fil A, then I think you’re missing out. They use real chicken to make their sandwiches, as attested to by a friend of mine who is employed by them. They have to filet the chicken breasts and bread them by hand in the kitchen. It’s no joke. But it does result in something tasty.
If you don’t get your sandwich deluxe, then all you’ll get is pickles on top, which I happen to like. The steamed bun takes some getting used to, I like it now but if it isn’t steamed properly, the bread can taste stale.
I think this place has the best spicy chicken sandwich out of all fast food national chain establishment. I challenge anyone to find better.
Fries are waffle fries, which I think are best when dunked into Polynesian sauce. They’re good. But never enough.
SERVICE:
The service at chick fil a is the highlight. Employees survey the restaurant at all times to ensure that you’re being served right. The ask to clear your tray or refill your drink. It’s nice. My one gripe is ‘my pleasure,’ that they say after everything. I think it’s a weird phrase for everyone to say for everything. But I’m weird, so take that for what it’s worth.
VALUE:
Meals are around $ 7. So not bad and not great. Just average price wise for what you get. Shakes are really good but are pricey and kind of on the small size to me.
OVERALL:
I really like Chick Fil A. There’s not a month when I don’t have it at least once. The breakfast is good. Lunch is even better. Service is the best it’s gonna get for fast food. And food is as good as fast food chicken will get too. I recommend it.
