Went here for a couple slices as I’m new to the neighborhood. I’m usually going to Pats Pizza in Point but it was way too crowded tonight as it’s Super Bowl Sunday. Anyways, so my boyfriend and I stopped in and he got two plain slices and I got a chicken parm and a cheesesteak slice. The owner placed them in the oven to re heat and we waited almost 20 minutes for them to heat them up… there was no one in there I didn’t quite get that? Okay… and then the kicker is they charged us $ 17.00 for(4) slices. Now that’s nuts even with two speciality slices I asked the owner and he said«oh I thought you got sodas?» What we sat in front of you for the last twenty minutes and didn’t go near the coolers. Pretty sure he was trying to rip us off… ok so those(4) slices were $ 13.00… Which to me is still insanity. The owner had a chip on his shoulder the entire time and was very rude. Needless to say I won’t be back ever and support their business.

Best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life! Been coming here since I’ve been little and anytime we have birthdays or family events we’ll go out of our way to get pizza from here :)

Great pizza and the rice balls were very good. Nice friendly staff and the place was very clean. If you’re in the area give it a try.

Try the rice balls. They are pretty good. The place could use some help at the counter & would be nicer if the owner would talk more to you. There is a limited selection of pizza that is already made at the counter.

Seems to be the same owner for like 20 years now. Friendly service, comfortable standard lunch pizzeria setting. Haven’t been here in like 10 years but it is pretty much just as I remembered it.

Never, ever would I eat here again. I ordered eggplant parm and, for the price I certainly expected something halfway decent but, what I received was not even remotely close. I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. It had zero taste; didn’t taste like eggplant, sauce, cheese-nothing. The pasta it came with made a lean cuisine seem like a gourmet meal. I tried calling this place twice to let them know how awful this food was but got no answer. I would eat canned dog food before I would eat at this place again. Order Chinese, eat at McDonald’s– go any place else BUT this place!

Love this place. When we lived out here we ate here at least once a week. Now whenever we come in to visit relatives, we make sure to get in a visit or three. John always helps us personally if he’s around. This place is authentic New York/New Jersey Pizza. My favorite is the white pie, The bruscetta pie(white pie with bruschetta on top). And the plain cheese. If you ask him John can get in shitaki mushrooms for you too, and you can do a shitaki mushroom pie. The seafood here is excellent too. We get all kinds(too many to list). And the veal picatta is fantastic as well. The food here is fantastic! And we love coming in. It feels like home!

After living within walking distance of this place for over 11 years, I figured I should give them a shot again since it’d been… well, nearly eleven years since I last tried them. Well, the first time I came in was around 8PM on a weekday — it was crappy outside, I wanted a slice or two, and couldn’t be arsed to drive too far. When I went in, the place was pretty clean, and they had a decent selection of pizzas that were ready to be heated up and thrown into a box for quick consumption. I opted for a slice of regular and a buffalo chicken. the former being pretty decent, while the latter being a little heavy on the blue cheese /sauce. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. Worth another shot someday, I figured — and that«shot» came about a week later on a Friday night around 8:30. This is where things went horribly awry. First off, I was in the mood for actual«dinner» sorts of food — chicken parm, pasta, that sort of thing. One glance at the menu made me do a double-take — $ 17 for chicken parm? Almost $ 20 for veal saltimbocca? Pretty pricy, so I figured I’d opt for my backup plan — a slice or two of whatever pizzas they had ready. Except, they didn’t have any. For 8:30 on a Friday night(prime pizza time, if you ask me), the only thing they had available was a few calzones, riceballs, a stromboli or two, and 2 – 3 slices of plain that looked a little dry. I opted for a calzone and a riceball, while my friend went for a stromboli & riceball. not our first choice, but whatever, we were hungry. The girls at the counter seemed more interested in texting /chowing down on pizza and watching the TV than actually putting our order together. My friend had to ask three times for his riceball to be put into the oven, and twice for the stromboli. After ages of waiting for them to get their act together, the owner ended up doing their jobs for them, and had us on our merry way. The food, sadly, wasn’t worth the wait. After having the awesome riceballs from Napoli, these were incredibly dry and nowhere near«sticky» enough — putting the fork into one would cause the entire thing to crumble into a mess of loose rice and sauce. The calzone was OK although somewhat doughy, and the sauce was decent, but nothing all that impressive. I think I realize why I hadn’t been here in over 10 years, now. High prices for dinners, crappy service, and fairly average food means I’m probably not going back again.

The chicken park pizza was good but very cold and overly impressive. Cost was a little high also. The owner I believe was very unprofessional talking about politics at work. For a new person checking this place out I will not return

Fantastic pizza. Try the Margherita pie, the white pie with Bruscetta, and a slice of the plain cheese. Also a fan of the sausage, pepper and onion. They use some of the best sausage I’ve ever had on pizza. Family owned by two brothers from Brooklyn, thus has been a staple for 25 years. I always make multiple stops when I’m in town. Great place for a slice!

We’ve visited Angelina’s, their restaurant next door, several times — all fine food. Decided to try take out @ free delivery. The cost was absorbent(nearly $ 50, appetizer and dinners but no salads at all) so the free delivery is a joke. My appetizer(seafood trio @ $ 12.95) was very dry as was my shrimp parm(½ sub $ 8.25). Husband said his veal dinner was ok but certainly not worth the price. Will not do business with PJ’s again.

Even though I’ve only had one check in here, I’ve actually been going to this pizza place for year. It is by far one of my favorites. I usually go in for a slice or two and they never disappoint. I started with their chicken parm but then moved on to their cheesesteak pizza and buffalo chicken pizza. I’ve heard their antipasto pizza and baked ziti pizza are good but have yet to try them. I would recommend this place to others an have gotten a few friends hooked on their specialty slices.

Nice pizza joint here. Dropped in for a slice a few weeks ago. They had a bunch of pizza available by the slice there on the counter for us to choose from. One that seems to be a big hit is the antipasta pizza with a bunch of fresh deli meats. It’s something I’ve never seen before, but my fiancé loved it. I got the chicken parm slice and a stromboli. Both were very good. I also really enjoyed their marinara with my stromboli. Would definitely go back.

The place was clean, the half sausage hot sub I had with a bottle of soda was $ 10.25. A think that price was little too much for what I got. The sandwich was unremarkable. The people working there were friendly and the place appeared to be clean. I doubt I wil ever go back. Much better places nearby.
