We went to Reels on a week night and it was not busy. The food was very good and atmosphere was very nice but the weather was not good so we could not appreciate the great view. The service was very good and waiter was very friendly and the chief came out to speak with us which made this dinning experience very pleasurable. The tuna entrée was very good and oyster special appetizer was excellent. The only negative thing is the entrees could have been temperature hotter and I wish it was closer so I could enjoy the dinning experience more often. If you have a boat it would be a great destination.

6÷12÷16 Dinner for two. first visit. Clean and warm looking. Nice view. Our waiter was very nice. Maybe 6 tables were occupied. Food took a little long to come out. I tried the twin lobster stuffed with lobster, it was ok lobster was dry. My husband ordered special risotto with grilled shrimp. They served him risotto with tuna, my husband sent it back and they bought him an appetizer size place with risotto and some pale shrimps, not grilled.(the hostess brought it to our table) We asked the waiter if that was a dinner size portion he said yes. I said well the plate they first brought out with the tuna was bigger and he once again said it was a dinner portion. Was very disappointed by that whole incident. My husband went ahead an ordered dessert and once again they brought him the wrong dessert. I could understand if the restaurant was packed but it wasn’t.

dinner for two. first visit. greeted by chef and seated at window overlooking the marina. asked him what’s special and he recommended the scallops, black bass, and tuna. we asked if he would modify the offering on the menu since wife doesn’t like peppercorns. no problem. came up with black and white sesame coupled with wasabi mashed. I opted for black bass as he wished. both entrees were perfect. also bought half bottles of red and white. great service but can’t top the food. will be going back often. a little hard to find but worth the trouble.

Stopped in for first time on a weeknight. Server was friendly and professional. Don’t have the appetite I used to so skipped some nice sounding salads and soup and went only for entrée. The wife loved her scallops and my tuna was delicious but might be little spicy for some so be warned, but I liked it. Had to skip dessert but they also sounded appealing.

Great restaurant! Food is fantastic! Service was perfect! The atmosphere is perfect for a great dinner with friends or family! The outside area is perfect to sit outside on a beautiful night. Our first will not be our last dinner there!

How can anyone say this place is good? I had red snapper the other night. I think it might have been 4 ounces. Lobster mac and cheese with absolutely NO lobster! Poor service and after complaining about the dinners the guy looks at us kind of bewildered. One of the worst in quite some time.

This is one of the hidden gems tucked away off Princeton Avenue in Brick. My husband and I have been here 3 times now and each visit we find something new and amazing on the menu. If you are a soup lover, then you need to get here immediately. We have had the potato leek and the lobster bisque and I don’t think I can pick a favorite. The portion is humongous. It is a bottomless bowl of goodness and if the rest of the menu wasn’t so delicious I could stop at soup. The sushi is prepared right in the open and and is as fresh as you can get it. They have specials every night, but you have to try the Scallop dinner if you’re a fan. The chef, Anthony comes out to check on each table and he is a genuinely humble man who appreciates happy customers. For a professional dining experience, request Michael as your sever. He has mastered table Tetris. Spread the word. This is a place worth visiting frequently.

We had a wonderful experience at Reels. The owner was kind & inviting, and despite the upscale feel they were very accommodating for our children. Upon entering our first question was, «Are you family-friendly?» to which we received the reply – absolutely! A romantic place with great food, though not so much that you feel the need to change after coming off your boat. And seating was brilliant as we were placed in a quieter corner as to not disrupt other diners, yet felt more than welcome. Wonderful décor, as well! The menu, though still limited(I’m sure due to it being a start-up) had interesting & tasty selections. The sweet potato sushi, odd as it sounds, was great! Best Shrimp Tempura I’ve ever had. I had the crab cake appetizer as my meal after trying various sushi options. Very good. My husband had the ahi tuna steak and enjoyed it very much. The lava cake dessert was a bit tiny compared to most, though of course delicious. My only recommendation would be to add two more children’s options and in time hopefully expand the menu. Great food, great service, and very much aiming to please! We are going back tonight with a party of 7! FINALLY, someone has gotten this location right!
