The only upside is the online ordering. I never feel very good after eating here. My brother hates it. My husband will eat anything and has an iron stomach and it still bothers him. The people are rude on the phone. Occasionally I get a nice kid who delivers, but it takes forever given the fact that I LITERALLY live right across the street. Sometimes it’s taken in excess of an hour and their excuse(quite rudely given) is that they’re busy and down a delivery person or something. I can literally watch across the street and see zero cars there, and very little going on, when they pull the busy excuse.

Worst customer service. Rude on the phone and fighting me that I didn’t receive a confirmation number when ordering online. Would never know if there food was good since after waiting an hour for my delivery never came. What a scam.

Most of the time no issues and when there are usually just deal with it since their food is good. Always order online which is convenient. However they really need to get some kind of system that tells you the wait time. Ordered today and the wait time was over an hour! If I knew that I would of took my business elsewhere especially since the delivery guy was rude and the guy answering the phone was as well!

Food here is good and they don’t charge extra for the human hair that’s left in your food. It sucks that this has happened to me twice cause I enjoy their Chinese food. I decided to go to the competition next door at China express 2. I can’t deal with the hair in my food.

It is abundantly clear that this place had its employees make Unilocal accounts to boost business with good reviews. Three 5 star reviews all in one day by people who never reviewed anything else? Unilocal needs to get on that ASAP. I trusted this website to order from this place and ended up VERY Disappointed! The Chicken lo mein smelled and tasted like dog food, not even kidding. The Shrimp tempura was, meh ok.(Seemed like it was premade and then microwaves before sending it out for my order) Yes they delivered very quickly but that is ALL I can say was good about this place. You are slacking Unilocal,you need to verify users before allowing 3 people post the same BS in one day.

Food is usually fantastic. Sushi is well prepared. Chinese food is above average. However… I recently got take out and was charged twice. Ordered via the webpage as usual. Noticed a day later that two charges were pending in my bank account. Gave it a day, everything cleared, and BOOM! Double charged. Now they are fighting and don’t want to give me my money back. Boycotting now. No tact at all and poor customer service skills. I do not recommend. Update: after fighting they did issue a credit. Still not going back. Bad business practice to fight with a customer!

Their previous business entry on Unilocal as ‘Sultan Wok’ got a one-star average. It’s no wonder they created a new listing as ‘Sultan Wok Brick’ less than a month ago. Only a matter of time before they change the name altogether lol… P. S. the other review is most likely fake. I feel bad for them but this is the worst Chinese/sushi I’ve had in Brick. The sushi box is a relative value even though the fish is not particularly high quality and I did feel sick afterwards last time I ordered from here. Appealing menu but not well-cooked unfortunately. EDIT: Sultan Wok posts fake reviews, repeatedly contacts people who post 1-star reviews to remove them, and posts 1-star reviews for competing businesses.

Their soy sauce is extra over powerful in a salty chemical taste kind of way. That you can’t even taste the sushi. The sushi is sub-par. Try los garden instead. They deliver and have awesome fresh sushi and the best Chinese in town. Also, sulton wok is way too expensive for the quality they provide. Would not recommend, just convenient because they deliver sushi.

Hands down, the absolutely best Chinese takeout you could ask for. We order from here at least once a week — usually their steamed chicken and vegetables. Dumplings are also awesome and their chicken and rice soup is kick-butt. Usually I’m wary of Chinese restaurants that also offer Japanese cuisine, but every sushi roll I’ve tried from there has been fresh and beautifully prepared. Friendly people, good prices, and they deliver in all kinds of crazy I-am-not-going-to-the-grocery-store-in-that-weather weather. Oh, and you can order online through their website, which is just all kinds of convenient.

Sultan Wok was one of the worst take out meals we have ever had in our lives. The $ 50 we spent should have been towards the toilet paper I used the rest of the evening. I would not even give my dog this undercooked and under seasoned so called meal. Do yourself a favor and pick up PF Changs frozen dinners at Shop Rite. For all that is holy, do not eat here!

Horrible! Our food was barely warm, dried out, as if it had been sitting for an hour before we placed our order, and there was a hair in our chicken. Absolutely never order from this place!
