Good little place if you want take out. I’ve gotten some of their pasta and some to go pizza. I had to wait quite away for my pasta but it hit the spot so I decided to ignore the time factor.

Very decent place, worth stopping in if you’re in the commons for whatever. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful (despite the obnoxious people who go in there sometimes). On the pricey side, though.
Like I said, worth stopping in for a slice if you happen to be in the commons, but if you’re looking for good pizza, paramagiana every time.

Love their pasta– it’s made-​to-​order and perfectly al-​dente. Really nice to have that care from a pizzeria. Specialty slices are great, as is the baked ziti Siciliana with chunks of eggplant, and even simply the pasta with garlic and olive oil. The only minuses are it is somewhat overpriced, and the interior is small– tables are cramped together.

The food is decent but the service is terrible. If you call in an order, they’ll make half and then you have to wait for the rest… what’s the point of ordering if you have to wait?
And the staff is generally harried and rushed and unpleasant. Especially in the summer. So go in with low expectations and you’ll get «fair» Italian food with a modicum of headaches…

+ Their pizza holds it’s own against my favorites in NYC.
+ I was really surprised to see they had a very respectable beer selection.
+ Their service is second to none.
This place is fast becoming my go-​to pizzeria.

The pizza here is amazing! This is the ONLY year round pizza delivery service in my area and I’m thrilled with the taste and quality of the pizza. The staff here have always been pretty cordial (except one girl who is just unhappy in general). The deliveries are always on time. The phone-​hold time is never long. I mean really; not much to complain about! …The only one drawback to the place is the condition of the dining area. It’s always pretty dirty and dusty from ceiling to floor. I don’t think they clean it all; much less deep clean it. So we don’t eat there, but we still order from there!

Don’t order delivery!
This was my only experience with this place. It took an hour & a half to get our food, everything we ordered was wrong & cold and they even forgot the dessert we ordered. Even though the food was cold, it tasted good, so that’s why it earned more than one star.
Maybe I would have a different experience if I ate at the restaurant. At least I’d have the chance to send my wrong order back. Though, I doubt the next time I go to to Sag Harbor I’ll give it another try. But, you never know!
This place is lucky that it doesn’t have a lot of competition in the area.

I love this place.
This is one of my go-​to spots to get their pepperoni rolls. If they don’t have any they always offer to make me one. I came here a lot over the summer and it’s just one of those places where you can count on them to make what you like and make it consistently awesome.
Did I mention they deliver? Which was nice when I was working over the summer and couldn’t leave the store. This is seriously the only place where I get pepperoni rolls when I’m in the Hamptons.
Their slices are great as well. I will always have a special place in my heart and stomach for this gem.

After having my review removed I decided to come back to see if American pie has change and it has the staff looks more professional they know what to do and know the prices, The food there was never the problem. the problem was there staff with there lack of knowledge and laziness not cleaning tables etc, I am giving you American pie a second chance, food here is amazing look forward to eating here with my family.

Great spot for pizza or gelato! The staff is super freindly. Every time I come here they are so nice and the pizza is insanely good. Try the bbq chicken pizza. its unreal!

Great pizza and super accommodating staff. We came an hour after they closed but they were still cleaning up and they still served us with a smile – AN HOUR after they closed!!!

East Hampton, NY
Staff is super friendly, although they seem to be a bit disorganized. Food can take a little while to come out, but is tasty. They have a great variety-​pizza, paninis, wraps, heroes, wings, etc. plus the gelato is great! I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but if I’m in the area, I definitely would go in to grab a quick bite.

love the food and the service is good. this place is always busy for a reason. they have so many options as well and the quality of the food is great. the owner individually pays each customer attention (although he is usually very busy) which shows he cares. I don’t know too many people who dislike this place and it beats out all other pizzerias in the area BY FAR.

Service was crap! The tweenies behind the counter were more interested in their hair than selling a slice. The pizza itself was passé. Bland crust and super salty cheese the sauce was not seasoned at all I had to add a ton of oregano and chili pepper to try to spice it up. For the cost of the slice it wasn’t worth it. Save your self the grease!

Well… what can I say. Third review and we are back to two starts. The staff is very nice. The place is quite a mess. There does not seem to be anyone in charge of cleaning up where the customers sit. Tables floor ledges all very dirty.
One star for cleanliness or lack of, and three stars for food.
Pizza is just alright sometimes and good other times. Food seems fresh.
