Horrible service waited almost 5 minutes to even be noticed. Took the person another 5 minutes just to put the order in. Food is the same no matter what McDonald’s. Chairs broken sections where tied off plus I had to wait ten minutes to get a key to use the bathroom.

It’s a shame what has become of McDonald’s. This applies to this location and every other one I’ve been to in the past 5+ years. Growing up, McDonald’s was the greatest thing that could happen to me. As a child, I remember literally begging my parents to stop at McDonald’s when we’d be near one. Over the years, the food has dropped drastically in quality, size and focus. It all started going bad around when McDonald’s tried getting into the pizza game. Anyone remember that? I have a picture of me somewhere with a McDonald’s pizza box on my lap. I think it was 1995. Anyway. McDonald’s food — burgers, fries, shakes were always very consistent, good and unique to everywhere else. Nothing else was like McDonald’s and that WAS a good thing. It was a reasonable value for what you got also. In recent years the burgers(and buns) are considerably smaller. It’s like they cranked up the prices to premium restaurant pricing and dropped the sizes down to sliders. A double slider? No that’s a big mac, sir. Instead of keeping the food quality UP, value UP they are in a panic, chicken? sure! salads? sure! fruit in happy meals? sure! you want healthy food? we’ll give you healthy food — it’s a crappy representation of healthy food, we’re stretching our brand so thin, it’s unrecognizable. OH, we’re a coffee shop now, too! Listen McDonald’s. Here’s what’s up for me. If I want coffee, health food or any of the other failed things you’ve been branching into in hopes of saving your own butts, I’ll get them from places that do them WELL. Unfortunately for you, I do that for burgers and fries too. If you went back to your original formula for success — decent value, decent food, very consistent for time and location, I’d be back in line in a heart beat. I honestly MISS my unique McDonald’s experience. McDonald’s was once famous for being cheap, fast food. It wasn’t good for you, we knew it and we were good with that. It was what it was. But you could count on it. Anywhere, any time. Now McDonald’s is famous for stupid promotions, misleading their customers and super poor quality. Sad.

Worst McDonald’s in Bridgeport. The other reviews are no exaggeration. Waited 5 minutes before even being served. No one at the counter and had to call out to see if anyone was even working. Two women looked at us and yelled something in Spanish, then disappeared. Don’t make half the food on the menu. The place looks like it’s stuck in the 80’s. Avoid at all costs!

Watch out. Just because he got my order wrong, he claimed i gave him a 10 vrs a 20. He is a newy but I’m sure he won’t last. Incredible. And like they don’t have cameras at the counter? losers.

All McDonalds are all alike… the look the same, have the same menu, smell the same… I guess that is branding to the fullest. I had breakfast to go because it appeared that the restaurant was overtaken by homeless… I have a soft spot for those in need but this was different… I would not«stay» to eat here again.
