Only store to charge you on weighed products if tested!(Explained below) Bridgewater will crush your Lush soul and sell it to the Dementors! I have recommended this brand to so many people and even run a blog on it. I guarantee that the Lush experience is best lived at ANY other store but Bridgewater. Unless completely and utterly necessary shop here but if you can, save yourself and go to another Lush. Lush is one of my favorite cosmetic brands because of the more natural ingredients. In total I have shopped at over 15+ Lush stores including one in Mexico City and the U.K. Bridgewater Lush is the ONLYYYY store I have ever had problems in. While some staff is nice, some isn’t. Whenever I even want to pick up something, I avoid the 10min car ride to BW and make the 45min ride to Short Hills Lush(amazing store/staff!). The manager at this location is unhelpful, makes excuses and will never try and accommodate you. The staff is mostly a reflection of the management. I have been verbally insulted here, judged on small soap cuts, refused samples and was even told once«I should be grateful this brand even has a sale!» Pshhhtt! … Let’s clear the air to anyone reading this: Lush policy is that you can ask for a sample of anything in the store except fresh face masks. Also– any product can be cut into ANY size no matter how big or small and done with a smile! Another thing that bothers me is that the staff will swarm you. They don’t understand space and will constantly overbearingly recommend products. Yesterday, I returned a Dark Angels Cleanser I picked up 2 days ago. It was too dry and would completely crumble on me as well as missing the exfoliating sugar(with proof of purchase). I paid ~$ 15.00. Well, this store deducted $ 4 for the minimal amount I used of product to test it out and charged me extra for picking up the same product! What?!? Yep. Only store to do this to me. Like Lush isn’t already on the more pricier side. I should have gone over to Organic’s and picked up their charcoal mask instead! Bridgewater Lush isn’t one I would recommend and equally insist you avoid if you can. This brand really has amazing stores that offer amazing experiences. I highly recommend Short Hills.(Taryn, Marissa or Noël). Best of luck!

Lush is sadly addicting. I say sadly because even if you try, you will never purchase nearly all the lush products they have to offer. I do enjoy the smell, look and experience all of these products immensely. Plus, they do not animal test and contain mostly natural ingredient. The fact that they are natural means that if they touch water they will spoil fast so make sure to avoid getting water in many of your products. Before coming in the store I would look at their products online and see what interests you. If it is your first time a worker may be able to help you. Be careful though. Many of these young first time workers are not very knowledgable(how could you be with so many products). Some of them are very helpful so just try to sort out the experienced ones from not. At this point I just tell them I do not need help and do my own shopping. You will need them to help you eventually by cutting up some of the products if you want a smaller or larger portion than offered on the stands. All in all great modern store with a new take on cosmetics. Not sure how effective most of this stuff really is since I still break out all the time but at least its fun and safe. Definitely try to get your stuff in store because if you purchase online you will have to ship from Canada since it is Canadian based and will cost you and arm and leg.

…I was introduced to LUSH when they opened up at this location and the. One day the Ladee comes home with some«Dirty» soap. I wasn’t sure what she was implying but I tried it and loved the scent and the way my skin felt after vs when I used Irish Springs. I’ll stop by in from time to re-up on my soap. There’s ways greeter at the entrance unless it’s insanely busy but regardless everyone is friendly and says hi. No matter if they’re helping you or not. If the blocks of cut soap are not in my price range they have no problem with cutting one that’s more affordable for me. The staff here is great! I always feel comfortable as a guy coming into the LUSH store.

I’ve been a loyal Lush fan for years. I’ve been to the Lush locations in King of Prussia, Philadelphia, NYC, back when there was a lush in Menlo, Cherry Hill, Atlantic City, Quakerbridge Mall, Tampa, etc. Never had a bad experience in all my years of going. The employees I encountered at this location were extremely rude. Non stop yawning(even in conversation) and when i asked for help two employees WALKED away. The girl had short black hair, glasses and was on the heavy side and the other employee was a male. My daughter and I left in shock. Unhappy customers, rather make the trip to King Of Prussia than ever have to deal with these snobs again.

I’m vegan and, come on. So tired of this. Tiny tubs for 32 bux. Most people will not buy it or afford it. The girls at this location had no useful knowledge to give me. They didn’t seem to even care to be there. Most people I feel buy this product NOT because, they are Vegan. LUSH seems to be the new«it» product that is raping people’s wallets. Yes, the store smells so amazing, & everything is all cute& very inviting. As far as Vegan products. I feel they are very over priced. They should put more effort into the product than they do the packaging. This is just my personal opinion. Not everyone has the money to buy these products. I recently was given some of their soaps. Honestly, yes the smell was delicious but, I get better results from my own products I use. I leave my bath feeling like I had a glass of wine, and my skin feels like satin. Anyone can buy what I use who is on a budget and, looking to use products that are not tested on animal’s. . So 2 stars for being Vegan. I did update my review.

LOVE Lush! Great products, cruelty-free and recycled packaging! One of the sales associates, Julie, spent about a hour going over everything with me. She was friendly, knowledgable and listened to what I liked to make great suggestions. MUSTTRY: ANY of the masks and bar lotions! R&B Hair Moisturizer Flying Fox Shower Gel Curly Wurly Shampoo

LOVELOVELOVE this store! I first heard about it on Tumblr(I am a blog fanatic) and when I saw that one would be opening near me, I knew I had to check it out. First I visited the website but it was a little overwhelming(because they have sooo many products) so I went in the store and began to browse. The employees were very nice & helpful. I bought a face moisturizer(for combination skin), a foot moisturizer, and a split end mender(a life saver for when you flat iron your hair often). All of their products are vegan and made with fresh ingredients. Sadly, everything is on the expensive side but that’s how it goes with any beauty products. You get what you pay for. So luckily, if you spend a big chunk of money– it’s usually worth it. I am going to give my new products a try and if they work nicely(fingers crossed), I will definitely be returning! If you’re looking for a skin/hair care store that doesn’t test on animals, are fresh ingredients, and are far from the average beauty store(sephora, ulta, sally’s, etc.) GOHERE!

Thank goodness one opened up near me. I was there opening day. I am a LUSHee. From shampoo to conditioner, body wash, face wash, body lotion, face masks, to hair treatments, henna hair coloring, soap, lip balm, perfumes, shaving lotion to makeup to facial lotions to bath bombs and beyond all i use is LUSH! They all come in different concoctions and scents and ingredients! If you love organic, never been tested on animals products made with fresh ingredients(like honey, vodka, fruits, nuts flower oils and lots if other natural stuff) that is at «mid end» prices, this is the only place for you. They are the ones that started the body shop decades and decades ago and sold it. They went on to make a better and more natural product with«use by» dates with LUSHINTHEUK. I have been to many LUSH shops(nyc, short hills mall NJ, trenton NJ, New Orleans, Windsor England, london england, and Paris) and this location, store look, product and customer service ranks very high in my LUSH adventures. Dont be afraid to ask for lots of samples. Thats how i got hooked. FYI. THISSHOPISNOTJUSTFORLADIES… MEN give it a shot!!! IDK If its just my imagination, but all the LUSHUSA locations are located within 200 Feet of a SEPHORA(a win win for me).
