We ordered 2 pizzas to feed the table and they were delicious! Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow. It took forever to get our order placed, even longer for the food to be brought out, and trying to waive anyone down for a check was darn near impossible. Hoping this was just due to a busy night because, again, the pizza was really good!

Meh! Showed up on a Sunday and they were out of Bloody Mary mix. Can’t make one from scratch?! Mediocre bar food and sandwiches. Don’t be in a hurry but you won’t need a lot of money either.

I love this local dive bar and the best part is its close to home. The food is awesome and to be honest Colorado doesn’t have many great places to eat. They also have a pizza buffet on certain nights. My favorite night is Friday when they have a live musician playing really great cover songs.

This is the current title holder for Best Neighborhood Eatery After 9PM in Brighton. I’ve been to Brighton 4 times in the past two years on business and I’ve never seen it during normal hours. It’s this or Lone Star and I like the sandwiches and sweet potato fries much better here.

A common drinking pond for the area locals, aka Bar Flies, including religious«worship team» members who perform as part of the Trent Miller Band. (If you’re lucky, you can get an autograph from a Billy Joel tribute band man and his female vocalists, who play here the night before church on Sundays at nearby Harvest Fellowship in Brighton. The song list is slightly different.) Fried food and lotsa alcohol. You won’t leave hungry. This bar is woven into the underbelly of Brighton such that it tries to be socially interactive with in-house games and events not found anywhere else. Yet it seems like the bar is overachieving in regards to Game Day/Night. The staff is predominantly born-and-raised locally, which unfortunately means education stopped around age 12. This translates into customer neglect, facility neglect, and well, everything you might find funny in the Great Muppet Caper’s Happiness Hotel. In real life, it’s just tacky. I wouldn’t spend my money here unless for whatever reason I absolutely had to. I watched 2 sporting events here with my kids, and it seemed like every time people sat next to me they were offended I was cheering for my sports team(not Colorado teams). A favorite drinking hole for area construction workers coming off a job, seeking a place to earn their next DUI. If these are your peeps, welcome home. If you’re okay with your kids roaming around drunk strangers, this place is for you. Menu: If diabetes means nothing to you, Order Anything. The menus themselves might be oily/sticky.(Mine always were.) Games: hit and miss on functionality. Staff: Attentive If the crowd is thin enough and a Broncos game is Not on. Facility: It was in better shape when new. That was 1893. Really. Parking: Street, some public lot parking across the street. Familiarity with the area helps.

This place is absolutely filthy and the service is terrible. I will NEVER go back! When seated, it took someone OVERTENMINUTES to serve us. Not to mention, there was a spider web hanging right beside the booth with a spider inches near my face. I don’t understand why this place is always packed. It absolutely sucks.

Food is consistently delicious. The service is not all that wonderful. I did not see a step and fell in this establishment after eating lunch and not one person asked if I was alright. The waitress and hostess actually walked right by me while my bf picked me up off the floor and took me to an emergency room for care of a severely sprained foot. He does not want to ever go there again but I still like the place.

I’ve visited 3x. The first time we got seated, ordered a couple drinks, appetizers and meals. Service was slow, inattentive and less than mediocre. The menu is vast and what we had was acceptable. The second time I came in the kitchen was«behind about 45 minutes» so we left. Today I came in for a late lunch. Employees walked by me without acknowledging me. When I was sat, I waited 7 minutes and no one ever greeted me. I decided to sit at the bar but that was unsuccessful as well. I sat there for 6 minutes without acknowledgement before I told the lady I was very hungry and in need of some lunch. She tossed the menu at me at which point is had enough of the poor service and left. I do not recommend this as a business that will last with the poor service.

A little word of advice for the Copper Rail. «Take wine off of your drink menu». If your not willing to serve it then what’s the point? Took my son here for dinner. He had a burger and I had the ribeye steak. Both were surprisingly good. However, I ordered a glass of Syrah, and it had quite obviously been open since at least the day before(or longer). I sent it back telling the waitress just that, and asked for a glass of their red blend instead. She returned with no wine to inform me that the bartender had told her that the blend had been opened for just as long as the Syrah. I replied«well open a new bottle and I’ll have at least a couple of glasses. She returned again with no wine to inform me that the bartender would not open another bottle! Wow! What few wines they have are quite inexpensive, and I am certain that if I drank 2 glasses it would most likely cover their cost on the bottle. Horrible customer service!

The reason for the 3 $ is cause I like to drink when I’m here so its really relatively average on prices.

Worst service that I have ever had. Took over an hour to get our pizza after our friend had already gotten and eaten his burger. We asked the waitress where our pizza was, she got really rude and rolled her eyes at us. No apology at all. I will never come here again and do not recommend anyone too. The food was decent, our beer was flat. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Excellent pizza and wings that are reasonably priced. Salad bar always is very fresh and well maintained. Great sports bar atmosphere! My favorite date night destination!

Great beer selection at this place. We needed a beer and some lunch after spending over 3 hours in the sun touring the Wild Animal Sanctuary out in Keenesburg. The«game» was on last Sunday on ALL the tv’s in this place and there were a lot of people, so it was LOUD. My friend and I split the BLAT(bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato) wrap with a side of sweet potato fries — the wrap and the fries were very good. It seemed to take a long time to get this simple order, and some people that came in after us and ordered a pizza got their food before we did. Maybe they were locals? Service was with a smile, however, from the hostess to our waitress. Since there is not much in the way of good eats in this neck of the woods, I would say this is the place to eat after visiting the Wild Animal Sanctuary.

READTHISBEFOREGOING… this is one of those places that just piss me off! The atmosphere is great the food was good but the service stinks… I was alone so I sat at the bar… 3 staff behind the bar and only one acknowledges me and apparently she is the only one that can serve me. I sat for 10 minutes staring at my burger and homemade chips(both tasted awesome) for my server to get back from the restroom. The other two staff behind the bar walked past my food and others the entire time she was away. It is very frustrating to see a place that has such great potential suffer from simple lack of hospitality and courteous service. Sad thing is that none of them seem to even think they could be doing any better… apparently this is acceptable to management…

It’s an okay place for a beer. If you don’t know the bartender expect mediocre service. Literally the first two times I came I was impressed. The last few have been less than stellar. Can not get served a Guiness in a proper Guiness glass, and yes it does change the taste of the beer when served in a regular pint glass. I hope the new and upcoming micro brew down the street gives them a little competition.

In town on business and have gone to the Copper Rail for what is now the 3rd night in a row. The food, beer, and service is consistently exceptional. Specifically their Calzone with a New Belgium 1554 Black Ale.

The food here is super good! Their ranch is by far the best I’ve had in awhile. I’d say this place is definitely one of the good local spots! I’ve seen alot of reviews complaining about the staff, all my experiences here have been good for where I’m at. On the restaurant side the waitress is one point. In the bar area they are a little slower. But that is to be expected in bar seating. I highly recommend this place! Their loaded fries are tp die for!

«Meh» about sums it up. It’s not all that bad, but it certainly isn’t good. I was there for a small birthday party. The service was friendly, but not all that attentive… they brought too few waters for the group(although it does have that Brighton water taste, so maybe they were doing us a favor), and the table was almost completely bussed and the check long since paid before they could be bothered to bring a take-home box for the last half of my pizza(although I was having misgivings about taking it home, so maybe they were doing me another favor). The rocky mountain oysters were okay… not really my thing, but they weren’t bad. The jalapeño poppers were much better, but it’s really hard to screw those up. The pizza wasn’t bad, but for being wood-fired pizza it wasn’t really all that thrilling either. It was interesting that it looked like half of the toppings were thrown on after it was already cooked, meaning that they just fell off while I was trying to eat it. It does have a nice, friendly atmosphere, and it’s not like there’s a lot of better places in Brighton, but I wouldn’t be all that excited to go back.
