good food!!! This is the first time I got rejected by the cashier for checking happy meal toys! Mind you, it was a manager at the cashier. He said he’s too busy to check. There’s only 2 people behind me that just came in as I was asking

This is the first time I got rejected by the cashier for checking happy meal toys! Mind you, it was a manager at the cashier. He said he’s too busy to check. There’s only 2 people behind me that just came in as I was asking. Fact is, I was at 2 other McDonald’s prior asking the same question and they were happy to show which Minions they have.

One of the best McDonald’s in my opinion. The restaurant itself is always kept clean, modern, and safe for children. I have been coming to this chain for a very long time, and I have never had a bad experience here. Customer service is always up to par and the quality of food is always consistent for a fast food chain. They are even offering McLobster so I highly recommend going here NOW! before they take it off the menu!

Such a white lie! I bought 2 happy meals and they gave me the same toy(talkingbob minions). Since I saw a kid nearby has the talkingkevin so I told them I would like to exchange 1 of the toy given, but they said it was the last one, only the talkingbob minion. And just 10 minutes later, another kid came in and got the happymeal with talkingkevin. So magical. If you wanna tell a lie to your customer, be sure they’re not around before you show your face. Or at least don’t make me become a liar to my kids.

As far as McDonald’s goes this is a 5 star. AM-PM my order is never wrong… the perception of «extra pickles» may vary BUT it’s always right. Whoever is the late night order taker is great. Quick, patient, precise, all while maintaining an extreme professional demeanor.

This is an excellent McDonalds restaurant. There are outdoor tables, friendly employees, the food is fresh and it’s a comfortable place to sit and eat. This is great customer service. It seems to me that they honestly care about how good a customer’s experience is.

As McDonald’s go this one does a pretty good job. The overall cleanliness is above average. The speed of service is quick and the cashiers are friendly. There are tvs and wifi available which make this location special. The parking lot doesn’t have giant pot holes which is not something I can say for the other mcds in the area. If you were bold enough, you could even consider studying here — if you weren’t afraid of diabetes by association.

This review is meant for ALL McDonald’s. I’ve loved their Paul Newman’s coffee for years and would make a special effort to get coffee there. I have not bought a coffee nor have I used a McDonald’s since they have stopped serving Newman’s coffee as the coffee they have replaced it with tastes just like the cheap Chicopee coffee I would have to buy when I was first married and poor. It tastes terrible!!! Just for laughs my son and I decided to try McDonald’s coffee again while on a road trip. We both threw it out it was so bad. They must have stopped Newman’s just to save money, but they will be losing more money because I am one of many now who think their coffee stinks!

There may be a couple of friendly people working here, but I’m afraid that the Hispanic middle aged woman who works at the counter in the morning(she has shoulder length hair and is usually wearing a sweater), taints everything else. I have been going here before work for over a year. I always order the same thing, and recently realized I was being overcharged all that time. I happened to go there on a weekend which I normally don’t, and my order was about 2 dollars less than it ever was during the week. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but it adds up especially over the course of a year. I asked the girl at the drive through who was actually very nice, and she said it was perhaps the way I worded the order. I thought that was a little strange, but appreciated the information. Forward to Monday, I placed the order the way she suggested, and the aforementioned Hispanic woman overcharged me again. I asked to speak to the manager, explained the situation to him, and he rang it up the correct way. It was obvious by the look on her face, and her attitude, that she didn’t like that at all. The following day there was a different manager there, and while I was standing in line she started speaking to him in Spanish while looking at me. It was very clear that she was talking about me. I’m quite sure she thought I didn’t understand Spanish, but I do. Very rude and offensive. I tried to place my order the way the previous manager and cashier had advised me to, but this manager refused, and it was obvious she was the reason. Clearly these people will overcharge you whenever they can, and play games with their customers. I am not interested in having a confrontation over a stupid sandwich first thing every morning, so I will no longer patron this Macdonalds. I will happily drive the extra half mile to the Western Ave location. That store is brand new, the food is fresher, and they have several order boards so there is less time waiting in the line at the drive through. Best of all that nasty woman doesn’t work there. That alone makes the extra half mile well worth it. If you like being disrespected and over charged than this is the place for you, otherwise, go to Western Ave. People who rave about how nice the people at this store are, obviously have never had the displeasure of dealing with her.

It’s open late, but you can be waiting a very, very long time at those late times of the evening. One time post-soccer, i downed two cups of soda whilst waiting for the obligatory McDoubles. The drive-thru is a nightmare at lunch time. The McDoubles are constructed shoddily, but are juicy and delicious. Better to try the one on California St. or the one in Allston.

McDonald’s always strikes me as one of those places that you’d only review if you’ve had a negative experience, because if you’ve had one Big Mac you’ve pretty much had them all. But this place has never really done me wrong. Decent, friendly, quick service. I don’t eat McD’s regularly, but this one is right down the street from my work and if I need something quick before my show starts it’s very convenient.

Drive thru only. While the service is nice and the staff is friendly they really need to get their sh*t together when it comes to orders, I almost never, like 80% of the time get my order correct. 2 sandwiches and I made myself clear over the intercom with the receipt and everything, they give me one, but charged me for 2. It’s happened several times already. F*ck.

Great place to go if you’re working on your counting skills cause if you ordered 4 sandwiches, this place always forces you to check your bag to make sure they gave you 4. How come they never accidently give you something extra? They ALWAYS leave something out. This place is also great if you enjoy you egg mcmuffins barely room temp with stale english muffins. Say what you will about the food, but most McDonalds work very efficiently like a well oiled machine. This particlular location runs like an old wildebeast on crack with a few lions gnawing on his back leg.

OMG… You are McDonalds, are you serious… When you decided to take a job here were you told that you would have to deal with Customers… So I am driving around the area wasting time before I had to pick up a friend & am in desperate need of a McDonalds(Baby — cookies or ice cream)… so I am in Newton & am directed TWICE to McD’s that are no longer there(or were never there) so by the time I get here I am frustrated & spent… So I pull into the DriveThru normal so far, not a long wait, I order the Oreo Mcthingy & cookies(who knew they still sold cookies?!)… I get to the window & pay(with my card) and then he says Thanks & go to the next window… Now having been to several 2 window fast food locations I dont ask for my receipt because I know from prior experience that the next window usually gives it to me… So I get to the next window & the chick throws the Ice Cream & Cookies at me… I ask for a receipt & the Man(who I believe was the Mgr) looks at me puzzled and says«Ooh we dont have that capability, Next time if you want one you need to ask for one at that window & points»… i am LIVID… Are you kidding me, not only do you have the lack of sense to tell me you dont have that capability but then blame it on me for not asking… Most restaurants have some thing like if we dont offer you a receipts its free… I was soo mad, I yelled back & then drove off & knew I would just come here & review it… Then I look at my Ice Cream & grant it they ARE McDonalds but I had what I thought was a McFlurry, but I got a scoop of Vanilla soft serve with a cup of cookies just thrown on top, not even remotely mixed together… Will NEVER stop at this location again, I would rather drive 10 miles out of the way, they totally pissed me off!

I normally don’t go out of my way to review McDonald’s but this one is pretty good. The managers here genuinely care about their customers and are very nice when fixing mistakes. The 49 cent vanilla cones are also a plus(most places don’t have these anymore) This would be a five-star review if not for one thing. I went on Friday and the doors were locked. It was 10:30PM and the sign says that the seating area is open until 11PM. There were people inside sitting and eating food so why are they turning away customers? Do they no longer want to do business? I knocked on the door and was told to go to the drive-thru. Umm. I was WALKING. Needless to say, I, my brother, and my friend weren’t able to get any food that night, and neither did the other people who showed up with empty stomachs.

I go there for both the drive-thru Egg McMuffin run as well as weekend quick lunch before shopping all afternoon. There are quite a number of regulars there on the weekend. Don’t be surprised if they come up and start a conversation with you. Everyone is friendly.
