Very inconsistent service. Sometimes they are very nice, other times, not so much. I avoid the morning, because the employees are either forced in their chipper-ness or just plain rude. I get it, it’s the morning, but suck it up. The night is never good, because there have been times that I was waiting at the counter, and I heard the employees talking very loudly in the back room while NOONE was in the front

Somehow this Starbucks is best when it’s most crowded. Staff is at its most efficient and helpful, and drinks tasty, when there are lots of customers.

This place is like Cheers. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they keep lines moving quickly. Oh ya they make good drinks too!

I’ve always liked this location. Never had a problem. In 2008 I bought a framed photograph here that was shot by one of the baristas or a manager. She displayed a bunch of her pictures from a series she did on hearts. I absolutely love the photograph I bought and always meant to go back and get more but never remember. If that photographer happens to see this, please send me a message. Thanks!

This starbucks is great. It is the least busy starbucks I have been to. There is always about 50 extra parking spaces. This is a great option when you don’t feel like playing parking lot jenga. The staff is very friendly.

Not busy so short lines. As a result, they do not seem to be as alert as some other starbucks. You do want to follow up and be sure they are heating things up or put in the drink order. Yet to get a real apology for neglecting to put in an order.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Cashier moved like a glacier, got my drink wrong and rung up the order incorrectly and the barista got the order before mine as well as my order wrong. Make it work people!

It’s a Starbucks so it is what it is however, there are two girls that work there, they think they are so hot and every guy is going to hit on them, sorry but no. You are not that hot. There are hotter women out there and they don’t think they’re are. Get over yourself. Other than that, good location, under the radar so it does not seem so busy…

I’m not in this area often, so I can’t say that I’m an expert at this Starbucks. The times that I have come, however, have been totally fine in my book. It’s a decently sized location with seating and space for a handful of customers. They don’t really need much, though, because I imagine that this particular Starbucks sees the in-and-out customer. Unfortunately, this location isn’t the greatest. It’s convenient if you’re going to and from work, but other than that, I don’t see the appeal of their store. Perhaps it’s the closest one for residents in the area? If so, you’re lucky!

I regularly go out of my way to do work at this Starbucks because it affords such a big, comfortable working area and ample parking. The drinks and service are pretty much what you’d expect to find. One minor beef: the baristas here have a lot of fun(which is great!) but a few of them get kind of loud in the process. There’s one dude in particular who fancies himself an opera singer and drives me completely nuts!

Here’s a typical visit to this Starbucks for me. Roll up into the parking lot hard in my new whip. Throw the E break on for no reason. Hop out. Over the shoulder no-look walk away car lock chirp. Beast mode — adjust sunglasses accordingly. Walk in. Enjoy the ambiance. Plenty of books– can’t read. Doesn’t bother me. They look good. The baristas are always nice. One told me my sweater was«fresh.» I told him«word.» Great service. I order. Straight up iced green tea. Venti. Obviously. Sugar? Yea of course– but only two pumps– my dad was diabetic. I’m trying to stay real. Get my tea. Roll out. #yourmind #isblown

Dont go here if you have any discounts or coupons. They dont like them, dont want you to use them, dont like YOU when you try. Move along nothing to see here…

I stop by this Starbucks when I drive to work and am too lazy to make my own coffee. They’re usually pretty busy around 7:30am, and move semi-efficiently. The starbucks locations downtown tend to have faster lines, but this one isn’t overly slow. They do have more seating than most of the locations in the area, so it’s a good place to go if you want to sit for a while. They also have plenty of parking in the lot out front.

I got a coupon emailed to me for a free Starbucks so I swung by. This is in the same shopping plaza as Staples and the only one in the area with easy parking without crazy traffic. The place is busy most of the time but they are fairly quick to take and fill orders. My Pumpkin Spice extra hot with whip was oh so yummy. However, my coupon would not ring through at the register. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time and many of the other locations have comp’d the drink when I’ve brought in the coupon. So with printed email coupon in hand I paid for my coffee and then jumped on line to find out what was up. I got an email back stating that they were having problems with the coupons and they have since updated my card to show my free drink and gave me the updated expiration date. Its not like I won’t be back to a Starbucks but I was a bit bummed that the barista didn’t simply give me the drink with the coupon. That said even name placed chains… I have favorite locations simply because of the staff and service and will go back to those locations.

This is a pretty good Starbucks. Even when the line seems long they are relatively efficient. There is good amount of seating and a variety of options, such as stools, tables, and armchairs. It feels much more open since they remodeled. Parking is easy, as they have a lot that is shared with iParty and Staples.

I like this location for a number of reasons: the huge private parking lot(so convenient!), the friendly staff – they know how to work a line *and* the iPhone payment system, and the comfortable seating options. I love lounging in that middle section with those big leather seats. Plus, there’s a bookshelf in that area with loads of interesting things to read, if you’re so inclined. It’s super convenient for me, as it’s close to both home and work, and I assume it’s a great place for commuters as well, since it’s so close to the Pike and Storrow Drive. Definitely my Starbucks of choice.

The staff is generally nice here and there is far less turn over than at the Starbucks near the office. This location is most convenient to our apartment(driving). There is occasionally a long wait and sometimes they mess up Andy’s coffee, but they are quick with a coupon when that happens.

I have yet to be impressed by this store. They get me my coffee, but not without a decent wait time. They serve drinks out of order, which would be fine, but most sbux have a protocol that you state they are out of order and make every effort to make sure people don’t feel left out or forgotten. I’ve been forgotten a few times. No biggie. The employees are run-of-the-mill. Not mean, not nice. Just getting the job done. I have yet to stop by here when it’s not mobbed with people. I have stood in line for about 10 minutes waiting to order, something about the way this shop is run they didn’t seem to get the memo about how one properly delegates positions for a rush. I’ve never seen them attempt to double-bar, which while it was never my favorite when I was on bar, makes sense when you have people waiting a long time for drinks.

I periodically work in Brighton, and when I do, I usually stop at this Starbucks either before or after work. As someone else mentioned, it’s generally pretty low key compared to other locations and it’s a good place to relax with a coffee and surf the Web for a while. Honestly, though — and this may sound tacky — I think my favorite thing about the location has to be its employees. A few days ago, as I was getting up from my seat, my foot pressed down on the base of the table I was sitting at which caused the table to abruptly shift(you’d have to see how the tables are made to know how this could happen). My drink, from which I had maybe three sips, went sailing off the table and took a hard spill on the floor, creating a giant coffee-puddle. When I went up to the counter to confess, the employees, without a hint of annoyance, reacted very kindly. Before I could even start to apologize, they’d started making me a new coffee and said something along the lines of, «Oh, don’t worry about that at all, it happens every day. We’ll have that cleaned up in two seconds. You had a Grande, right?» A new coffee and minimal embarrassment(thanks to the way the employees handled it) made for another good experience at this location. Highly recommended!

This Starbucks is pretty overlooked. Which works great for me. Located on Soldiers Field Road, it is not in the most convenient location and, truthfully, it really doesn’t stand out from the other lackluster shops in the plaza. However, it does boast free parking, super friendly employees and, generally, a complete lack of crowds. Firstly, the employees here are really great. I dropped in the other night with mom and sisters in tow, the baristas were so friendly. And not the fake, off-putting, plastered-on smile, «I have to act customer service-y because my manager is right there» friendly either. Drinks, of course, are your standard Starbucks drinks with standard Starbucks prices. Expectedly without change from any other location. The atmosphere is pretty mellow too. Usually there are less than a handful of customers in here quietly sipping their lattes, settled with their laptops or best-sellers. Interpreting the evident lack of crowds as bad news, my mother(a Starbucks afficionado from the word«go») demanded I become a more regular patron so they don’t go out of business. Go. Or don’t. More room for me.
