This Hotel was great, I work for the American Red Cross and they held one of my blood drives here and they made sure everything was running smoothly and they made sure that we had a good visit. Thanks so much. See you guys again in May of 2016

Visited this hotel for the first time in Feb 14, it’s a very nice hotel, staff is great, very friendly. We had an issue in the bathroom and the staff/management gave us another room. Restaurant in hotel with very good breakfast(not included in the price of the room, but it was good) There was a young man working there that treated us very kind and espectful(josh) he made our stay more pleasant. I would go again if in the area.

By far our favorite Doubletree. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Breakfast at the Willows is a must. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have frig and Krueg Coffee makers along with K cups to make several cups of Coffee. Special floor for Hilton Honor Members though upgrades for elite members are non-existent. Free Parking and WiFI and of course fresh out of the oven chocolate chip cookies. A must stay in Bristol.

I stayed here last week and my stay was out of this world! My room was very clean and all of the hotels facilities were also very clean as well. The young lady at the front Caitlin was very helpful when it came to ordering food on the late night.(she was also very easy on the eyes) lol. Anyways i would definetly recomend this hotel too all of my friends that are in the Bristol area and are looking to stay somewhere pretty close to the ESPN campus.

One question, have you tried the cookies? I absolutely love the Double Tree. This was my second time staying here and I must say we were very happy. My wonderful husband won a trip to visit the ESPN headquarters. This was the hotel they booked for us. Everything was perfect. The check in was quick, our room was clean/spacious, and they even shuttled us to and from ESPN for our daily activities. Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff.

I’d been staying there this past Sunday through Thursday and was prepared NOT to leave a review at all until I woke up this morning with bug/mosquito bites. On my bum and the back of my neck. Not cool… will not repeat.

Decent Hotel but be careful making reservations, I stayed here last night because my son is playing in a baseball tournament, they won so we have to stay another night I asked if they could give me the room for the same rate as last night. Not only I didn’t get the rate($ 103) they wanted $ 349, now I came to pick up my son because his team is staying here and they have rooms for $ 98 for one friend of mine, $ 95 for another friend and $ 129 for another friend. Not sure why but I’m staying down the street.

Booked through which started the positive experience. So simple. Arrived at the hotel and check in process was easy and delightful especially when given a warm chocolate chip cookie. All staff we encountered from check in, to concierge, and the waitress at the hotel bar were wonderful! So kind, genuine, and professional. Our room was great. The little kids in the nearby room were not so delightful at 11:30 at night, but the staff were on top of it. One drawback was the concession items prices. I get that for that sort of convenience you will pay a premium, but prices were not disclosed and it wasn’t until the room bill was slipped under our door did we learn the Smartwater we purchased was $ 5.50. My pregnant self needed to hydrate and I didn’t see other water options. Still, I’d look to stay at a doubletree hotel again.

Loved staying in this hotel. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable and so was the robe they provided. Spending the night there felt like spending the night in one of those fancy hotels that cost a lot more per night. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful for an evening dip, but it would be awesome if they closed them at 11 or midnight, instead of 10pm. We had dinner at the Willows restaurant, which was pricey, but very enjoyable. Service was fantastic and the food was very good. Overall, it was an excellent stay, will definitely be staying in this hotel when I’m in the area again.

This is a great hotel. I stayed at the DoubleTree for 4 days while on business and I enjoyed my time here. My co-workers and I arrived on a pretty chilly night so we were happy to get inside and the warmth of the lobby and check in staff was my introduction to the New England area. The woman who checked us in was really pleasant and explained everything to us and gave us that wonderful chocolate chip nut cookie they give at this hotel. It set a good tone and there’s some sort of warm vanilla smell throughout the lobby of the hotel which I really liked. I had a standard room on the first floor. My view out the window was a wall. I was only in my room late at night and in the early morning so I didn’t really care. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the couches are the ultra modern rectangle things that aren’t comfortable at all. There wasn’t much character to the room at all sadly. It was overly modern. I slept great and didn’t hear much around me which was nice. Bathroom was basic and didn’t have a lot of the extras some hotels offer(Q-Tips, shoe shine kit, etc.) I may have been the only person who used the gym for the 4 nights I stayed here and at that, the only one who used the treadmill. I found the gym to be pretty decent for a hotel. They also have a large swimming pool and lounge area which is pretty nice and doesn’t feel like a community pool, but more like a lounge. I didn’t bring my swim trunks so I didn’t take advantage of that. I dined at the restaurant for breakfast and each meal was really good. A tad pricy, but I didn’t need to eat until lunch so it certainly was filling enough without feeling stuffed. Our last night we were asking the front desk for a restaurant in the area and got a good recommendation from the staff for a place that’s within the driving radius of their free shuttle to take us to, so we opted to do that. All in all, this was a good place to stay while in Bristol. I’d be happy to come back and stay here again.
