Decent food, good for delivery or a quick bite. Recommended.

I order from them once every week or two and they are great. Super friendly staff. Their nachos are loaded to the gills and their salad with chicken is fabulous. I have never ordered anything from there that i didn’t love.

Great place great take out and quaint atmosphere while dining in. Only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is heat. I love spicy Mexican I bring my own siracha. Other than that I love this place.

I ordered a burrito with chicken and no rice. It came with rice. There was no salsa on my burrito which disappointed me. The price of 9.95 I thought was a little high compared to other mexican restaurants locally.

Great food, extremely friendly service! Just a nice change up from the usual places to eat around here. Great local eatery, delivery too!

Quick lunch with co-workers. Got there nice and early around 11 am when they opened up. Not tons of inside seating so glad we got there early. Burrito’s were great and satisfying. One got the quesadilla which also was super. had an order of nachos that we couldn’t stop eating as the cheese and toppings ran deep inside. Overall, a nice, bright, cool space for some fresh mexican

I live nearby Nacho Mamas and eat here often because I hate cooking. It’s not cheap, but that’s because they use high quality fresh ingredients in large quantities. The staff is typically very friendly. Adolf is prob the nicest guy in Bristol. I recommend the beef chimi, steak or chorizo tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas. Hey big shot, don’t try to eat the free-if-you-can-finish 5 pound burrito, just sayin.

Very good tacos. Had ground beef. A little soggy because tomatoes not drained, but so much flavor totally worth it. Red Sangria was delicious and tangy. Spicy fries were sweet and spicy. People working there were funny and helpful.

If youre looking for authentic Mexican, this isnt the spot but it definitely does the job. Similar to a Cilantros or Chipotle this place has a whole lot of options on its menu: quesadillas, tacos, salads, burgers, burritos & apps. Discovered this place after I saw on Facebook they were having a free sangria day(with every purchase) so we took the drive from Providence to Bristol(such a RI mentality!) Lady taking our order wasnt the nicest and didnt even mention the sangria deal until we asked but I guess you dont go to these types of restaurants looking for great service huh? Friend ordered 3 tacos: chorizo and flank steak(aka carne asada in my world) they came with lettuce, pico and cheese. I ordered a pork burrito. She had no complaints about her tacos as I had none regarding my burrito. Pork wasnt dry and had flavor. Unfortunately they did not have salsa verde– what kind of «Mexican» spot doesnt have salsa verde?!? Its a staple! Onto the good stuff: Sangria. It was served in a red solo cup which was awesome and had lots of ice and blueberries. More on the sweet side of things but not too bad. Overall good place for a quick bite but wouldnt bring your Mexican grandma here.

One of THEBEST Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. I have never eaten at the restaurant, but the take-out is just as phenomenal. The employees who deliver the food & answer the phone are all cool and they always treat me well. As a college student, I will say that it’s not the cheapest place to get food but the quality is untouchable. Amazing food, great employees, and acceptional delivery timing keeps me coming back. Try it once and you’ll be addicted.

Great chicken burrito! Wow, that’s fresh!!! Awesome chips and guacamole, too. Friendly service and you can taste the homemade deliciousness. Place is very small(maybe 4 tables?) and really not much room to hang around. Perfect for a quick bite!

We tried again. Bristol has pretty limited options for delivery, and you can only eat so much pizza, right? My husband ordered chili, and got an empty cup. After warming up our burritos, they were good, but this is really, truly the last order. Thankfully we are getting an actual Mexican restaurant in town soon.

Im a little late on my review, but hey, better late than never! On this particular day, I decided what I brought in for lunch just did not suffice and I had a craving for something else, just wasn’t sure what I wanted. So being that I work in Bristol, I know there are a lot of yummy restaurants relatively close. I feel as though I am getting to know the town I work in a little more each time I am able to visit one. After reading reviews from my trusted fellow UnilocalERS… I decided to give Nacho Mama a try. My co-worker and Hubby accompanied me for what was soon to be a mouth-watering lunch! To start off, the restaurant is attached to a Laundromat and is very easy to miss if you are not looking for it… So keep your eyes open! Also, the door directly in front of you is not the restaurant door. It is actually to the right of you. Apparently, people always confuse the two lol. As for the restaurant it-self… Right of the bat, I noticed that it was relatively small but very well kept and very clean! Also, we were greeted immediately upon entering… HUGEPLUS! This is what I Love about small businesses, they always make an effort to have the customer feel welcomed. The décor was also really cool! Onto the food! Let me just say, for a small place, they sure do pack a large menu variety! I decided on the Fish Tacos, my friend did the Taco bowl and Hubby went for the burrito. I will get back to the burrito in a moment… My tacos were absolutely delish! You could taste the freshness of the food which I truly enjoyed. They had a little kick but not overwhelming. They come in a pair, however, there is no side offered with them. So, I decided to grab a bowl of rice and beans, because you know, why the heck not? While I liked the rice and beans, I thought it could use a little salt, but that’s just me. I have to admit, I was eyeballing my friends Taco bowl which looked and smelled ah-mazing! She had ordered it with steak and I did have to sneak a bite and WOW! I know what I will order next time I visit there. My hubby’s burrito was made with beef and it was a fatty! Something that will certainly fill you up. Now, if you are a lover of the burrito, Nacho Mama’s offers a GINORMOUS burrito… It’s a 5 pounder! Yea, you read me right… 5 whooping pounds!!! If you are able to eat, in its entirety, this beast of a burrito… It’s on the house. However, if you fall victim to it, like so many others have… Then you cover the cost of that burrito… and the button you may lose on your pants! All in all, while this may have been my first visit, it will not be my last! This is definatly a hidden gem!

Great place, great food, friendly staff! I had been wanting to try this place forever since I always see their cute lil delivery cars driving around town! It had been awhile since I had really good Mexican food, too. We went to eat here on a Sunday night at around 7. It’s a small place but we had no problems finding an empty table. Place was pretty empty but several people came in to pick up food while we were there. We ordered two fish tacos, a flank steak burrito, and a side of rice and beans. They also serve alcohol here, although I was disappointed there was no sangria! That is a seasonal drink so I’ll have to come back in the summer. My husband got a beer and I had a Coke. Everything we are was delicious. Loved the food, it had great flavor and everything was very fresh. The reason I knocked off a star is the price! It was over $ 30 for what we ordered, which I was really surprised at. I guess I didn’t pay too much attention to the menu prices before ordering. I know I’ll be back because the food is worth it, I just wish it was a little kinder to my wallet!

The chorizo and chicken tacos were great! We split the chicken quesadillas too. We ordered a side of lime to squeeze on everything. It tasted light and refreshing’

Not a bad place to stop in and get some quick nachos. I had the nachos with chicken; awesome. I wish I was having them right now! Their veggie taco on the other hand, is awful. I would never suggest anyone to get that. Between the taco and the not so clean tables, it lost a star. I would go back.

Delicious burrito and pork quesadilla! Visited my cousin and her hubs in Bristol, RI over the labor day weekend and had a lovely time munching around the area. I almost missed the restaurant but there were two Nacho Mama cars parked outside. Easy to find on-street parking on Labor Day. We had phoned in for a pick up so there was no wait once we got there. I think it was shorter than then 15 minutes that was quoted over the phone for the food to be ready. The place is small but has a couple of chairs for eating inside. Sorta fast place type but not a chain. We didn’t eat the food right away but it was still nice and warm 30 minutes later when we had it in some state park in the Jamestown island. The burrito was chipotle sized and had black beans, gooey cheesy sauce, rice, chicken, lettuce and salsa. It was delicious. a bit wet by the time I had consumed it but not bad at all! The fiancé had the pulled pork quesadilla which came with sour cream and fresh salsa. The meat was tender and moist with lots of cheese! :) It was really yummy. Total came out to be ~$ 20. Not super cheap but the food was fresh and delicious. the payment system was nifty too b/c you sign on an ipad and i had my receipt sent to my google email account.

Nacho Mamma’s was a great accidental find. Hidden next door to a cleaners, this tiny restaurant serves up some delicious food. I stopped in for lunch today with a friend. Two chills, one taco and 2 waters came to $ 18 which I thought was really a good deal. Best of all the food was extremely fresh and flavorful. Sadly I don’t live in the Bristol area because they do deliver. It is not far off the bike path and would be a nice place to refuel.

I think my favorite food cuisine is anything spicy and ricey(so south american, asian all good). I remember the«old nacho mama’s». Since the change in ownership, I think the food has become more creative and I do not know of a better Mexican food place in the area. It has a very causal atmosphere, but if you order at the counter they will bring your order to you. I think the true reason that I love Nacho Mama’s is the fact that you can grab a glass of Sangria, order fish tacos, take a seat outside(at sidewalk seating), and relax while looking out down state street to the water. Yes, this a casual mexican place that you can have(great) sangria, outside, with a water view. Talk about heaven! This is my go to summer afternoon relax spot(and now I am telling you all this secret…). I personally love the fish tacos; they are slightly spicy, but the salsa that is put on top is fresh and livens up the whole plate. This is a great, great place.
