Fast friendly and accommodating. They even let me pick up my glasses 45 min after close.
Now to top things off, they are chasing me down to make sure that I can get my old lenses back after having them upgrade my lenses in my glasses. I completely forgot and yes, I do want them as my prescription did not change but my lens type did.
Customer service takes time. Great customer service takes time, effort and a good attitude. Great doctor, great staff, location is perfect for us, results are excellent.
Highly recommend Associates in Eyecare.

Dr. Colbourne has taken care of my family exclusively for the past several years. In 20+ years with the military, we have seen many eye care professionals; he is by far THE BEST! He is thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He and his staff are the epitome of customer service. If you are looking for TOP NOTCH eye care, I highly recommend Associates in Eyecare, Bristow.

While the doctors are fine here, the front staff is what will keep me from returning.
When I picked up my contacts I paid the balance and thought everything was taken care of. A couple of months later I received a bill for $ 93.00. I called the office and spoke with a young man who assured me this was an error and would be taken care of. The next month I received another bill for the same amount. I took the bill up to their office and again was assured that it was an error, I even spoke with Dr. Nguyen and she apologized for the error. That was in 2013. Last night I received another bill for $ 93.00 stating this was the third and final attempt to collect the debt. I will be paying the balance since I do not want to be turned to collections but I will not be returning to their practice. Shame on me for not getting it in writing that my bill was paid in full!

Outstanding! The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient (pardon the pun). This was my second trip to an eye doctor for glasses and my first to get contact lenses. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable, caring and was not rushing me out the door like some other places. The assistant who helped my get my first contacts in and out was very helpful and had a great sense of humor about everything. We will definitely be back! After talking to me, my neighbor is going to set up an appointment as well.
Also I accidentally left the office without my prescription for my frames (we were concentrating on contact lenses) so I called them and they were happy to fax it to me immediately.

I could not possibly recommend Dr. Colbourne and his staff more highly. Our family has been taken care of professionally for everything from a parasitic eye infection to stepped-​on sunglasses. We are always made to feel welcome no matter why we walk through the door. On the cosmetic side, there is no one in the business better the Javier for finding flattering frames, preparing your glasses perfectly, and finding how to optimize your insurance benefits. Don’t even think about going anywhere else!

I had a horrendous experience at another eye doctor, but came here based on other reviews. Dr. Colbourne gave a thorough eye exam, taking the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. He did not rush me out, but instead seemed to genuinely care about my inquiries.
The employees at the front desk were polite and did not pressure me AT ALL to purchase frames from their office. I will definitely be back for a contact exam and to purchase prescription sunglasses!

I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Vu-​Gia for your eye exam. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn’t rush you out of his office. I have seen a few other eye doctors before and have never felt as comfortable as I did with Dr. Vu-​Gia.
The office/​sales person is also very friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out frames that my husband just loves. I was served quickly and only waited one or two minutes to be taken back for my appointment.
I will come here from now on for my eye care needs.
