Absolutely love their 2 for $ 20 deal! This place is a little less busy so great for date night

Has gone down hill! Not a good place to eat at all. Microwaved food and instant mash potatoes missed with a little bit of left over bake potatoes. Does management actually believe the customer can’t tell when they do this kind of crap. Will not be back! Server was really sweet but never refilled our drinks. Looked like a manager was doing some kind of work at a high top table and not supervising. This place has gone down hill due to the management and not direction. No one cares anymore. Very sad. No wonder parking lot is always empty

Went here for a quick lunch after church… oh dear lord was that a bad idea. We are normally very easy to please and we were VERY unhappy with our experience here. Right off the bat, the hostess was completely bored and dropped her marker and then when I went to pick it up, she kicked it under the hostess desk and clearly had no intention of ever picking it up… she then went up to push 2 tables together bc there were 7 of us and when we followed her to the second landing she pretty much ordered us to go back down and we awkwardly complied with the little space we had bc we had a baby with us and 2 kids and didn’t want to crowd the doorway in the first place. We then started to sit and realized we were one seat short, so we had to really squeeze together but throughout this process we did not complain. Eventually, our waiter was nice enough to take our drink order, but brought no straws for the kids cups, which you pretty much have to have for kids cups. We also had absolutely no silverware (straws are included in silverware). After realizing that none of the waitstaff could be bothered to check on us, someone went to the hostess table and got silverware. It’s worth mentioning that the restraint was just about dead at this point, 2 pm in the afternoon, with only a few couples and a businessman in there, so there was no reason for the service to be so bad. And the waitstaff was sitting around at the tables chatting. So we eventually got our orders taken and the waitress actually seemed like she was nice enough, God bless her, even though she took off before taking our children’s orders and we had to chase her down. And then the food took an ungodly amount of time to come out, and when it did, mine was utterly crap-​tastic. Let me just say, don’t get anything healthy there and expect it to taste or look good. I got the savory cedar salmon, which looked very good on the menu, but when they brought it out, looked like someone had already started in on it. I wish I had taken a picture. The spinach looked like it was literally just taken out of a freezer, thrown in a microwave, then dumped on some potatoes. And it was seasoned as such. This place was utterly depressing and I don’t plan on ever eating here again, or probably any applebees.

Went to Applebee’s close to house because we were in a hurry. What a mistake. Bad service… water never got refilled. Salads took 15 minutes to arrive, and meals were wrong. Waitress only checked on us once.

I live around the corner from this Applebee’s and have seen it go down hill for the last ten years. I feel bad for the servers, they try had to please everyone. But the management is where it all fails.

I don’t normally review a Applebee’s but this visit and more notably the waiter made it a must do. Matthew was the best waiter that I have seen in a causal dining restaurant. He was prompt, attentive an anticipated our needs very well. It helped that the food came out quick and was hot and very tasty. I would recommend this Applebee’s to anybody visiting Broken Arrow or if you love here. We are visiting from Roswell NM and Matthew made our first dinner out a very pleasant one.

The food at Applebee’s is usually very good, have eaten at them coast to coast, best one being in San Rafael. However, was somewhat disappointed with the new Steak and Chili Lime dish. Very skimpy vegetable portions, doesn’t look anything like picture. Service was okay.

I really like the food at all Applebee’s locations. I really like the atmosphere and service at this location in particular. My wife and I went there for a late dinner the other night. We ordered off the 2 for $ 20 menu — two entrees and one appetizer for only $ 20. We split an order of spinach and artichoke dip. It was rich and creamy without large pieces of artichoke, which I personally don’t like. For my entrée I had the new citrus lime sirloin option — a 7 oz. sirloin, red potatoes, zucchini, and asparagus drizzled in a Latin chili sauce with lime juice. The steak was perfectly cooked, the vegetables perfectly seasoned, and the sauce perfectly tangy/​spicy. My wife had the three-​cheese chicken penne, which was new for her. She said the pasta was undercooked and there was too much sauce. We’ll still go back. Luckily there are many more options to choose from including ones we know we like.
