Facchianos Bridal and Formal Attire

I am a bride getting married in 2015. I came into Fachhianos just wanting to see what they had. I realize that being a plus size bride that some sample dresses in my size would be limited. I had viewed the majority of the small boutique without being greeted. After a good ten minutes I had several questions for the young stylist that finally greeted me. But she kept pushing me to register my information on some paperwork, and then seemed irritated at my questions without making an appointment prior to my arrival. The one dress she unwillingly pulled in my size was nothing like what I had described to her. I was so disappointed with the treatment I received that I refused to make an appointment or spend any more time at a store that made me feel like an inconvenience. BRIDES BEWARE!!!

Looking for a dress which has been a very difficult task I ended up at this bridal store, where Cheryl was awesome and helped me look through dress after dress. I thought I found one but I wasn’t sure so I went back again to make sure. There was another dress I loved so I now was changing my mind. I am yet to buy a dress because I have seen too many and I don’t know which one or if I haven’t found the right one I’m sure it’s me, I’m a wedding photographer so I see ton of dresses all the time! — but their staff was always eager to help and let me tried dresses 2 times! without hesitation. I completely recommend this place to any bride looking for a dress !! Make sure you get Cheryl she’s not only super awesome but also makes you feel really comfortable. I think this was the best store in Tulsa with the biggest variety and the most friendly staff. Seemed like other stores were pushy and just in to make money and not to give you a great customer service experience which is exactly what I got from this bridal store. They also have tuxedo rentals and I am getting my groom and groomsmen rentals from them because they have the best price.

Found a gorgeous perfect dress there, and there are a couple of very helpful workers there. However it took me 3 dress fittings (and $ 500) because they sized me an entire size too big. Not a big deal except that they told me I looked fine at my second fitting and to just take it home. Then one of the helpful ones realized it was still an inch too big on either side. Then the dress broke at my bridal shoot. My mom fixed it and overall I’m glad I went, but they were kind of frustrating to work with.
