The staff was very rude and unprofessional. There were four women working in the store and they had no customers and nobody offered to help me. I left and drove 83 to Oklahoma City to buy my dress. The Tulsa Store needs to fire their staff and the manager of the Tulsa store or teach them how to treat their customers.

This place is absolutely awful. The worst experience of my entire wedding planning. My dress was delivered stained and then I was continually treated like I was crazy for seeing them by Kermita. Other people working had no problem seeing them and I was ordered a new dress. This one was delivered without the straps that tie the dress together. My alterations(a shorter hem and a bustle) was $ 530. My dress was only $ 850. I thought that was ridiculous. I went with my girls to order their dresses and I was told I was wrong about the style number. When I argued that the one they had was not the dress I picked out they threw a catalog on the counter and told me to find it. Surprise, they had the wrong number in the computer. I was told we could ship a dress to my bridesmaid in Florida and when it arrived in Tulsa she, Kermita, told me I was wrong. Even though we had even picked an actual store number for it to be shipped to. They called my bridesmaid and she asked to have it shipped. After a week and a half I called for a status and it was still in Tulsa. My wedding was 4 weeks away at that point. I had to pay $ 50 to overnight it to her because they can’t get their stuff together. Kermita is terribly rude and unhelpful. Kasey was the only nice girl there and she quit. I wonder why? Fawn is really nice too. These are the only three women I dealt with on a regular basis. I refused to buy my flower girl’s dress there after all their issues. We went to David’s bridal. Go somewhere else of you’ll be sorry.

I went here on a whim because the website where I ordered a dress had just emailed me that it was unavailable. I told the two girls working that I was getting married in 1.5 months and they just looked at me blankly and said«Well we can’t even get anything in by then. There’s a clearance rack at the back of the store». Don’t get me wrong, I love clearance racks and I’m not the worlds pickiest bride by any means, but their rude attitudes made me uncomfortable. I proceeded to spend about 8 minutes picking a few dresses to try on but it took 10 waiting for one of the girls to come out of the back and open a dressing room for me. I could barely zip the dress up myself and when I came out to look for help again no one was to be found. I get that I was buying off the sale rack so obviously not a huge commission for anyone but I was the ONLY one in the store and a simple«let me know if I can help» wouldn’t have killed anyone. I did end up buying a dress, but only because it was super cheap and I was super desperate. But I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this particular store for any other reason.
