Spoke House Bicycles

Zach at Spoke House Bicycles is a genuine bike-​store owner who understands customer service. I am able to utilize both stores (Broken Arrow and Downtown Tulsa) based on where I am riding that day! I had a major dérailleur issue last month and the tech was able to fix it in 20 minutes with some parts, lubrication and the knowledge to fix it right. I bought my Kuat Rack there and love it! It is so much easier transporting my bike when I need to. Solid 5 stars.

Steer clear of Spoke House Bicycles Broken Arrow
We needed a simple brake adjustment on a bicycle, called them at 6:30pm. They were open until 7pm. They said we could drop it off with a couple days of turn around. Once I arrived at the store around 6:50pm a young gentleman, said he could do the adjustment on the spot. He started doing so. Two other employees were in the back area, exchanging war stories of racing. Another gentleman entered the store, the young man quickly noticed the customer. I told the young man if he needed to take care of the other customer, he could do so. A few minutes later one of the storytelling employees approaches me to tell it they were closing. I explain the young man was making the adjustment, he says we will need to check it in, we are closing. It is sad when when a business is more interested in swapping stories in the back than taking care of paying customers. Needless to say, Bicycles Of Tulsa has much better service and they care about their customers unlike Spoke House Bicycles.
