I’ve eaten taco bueno in Tulsa for decades. This bueno is the worst. The drive thru NEVER FAILS to get my order wrong. I check it. I tell them to get my $ 5 off coupon for next visit. They don’t have anymore. They get the next visit wrong too. No guac in the mexi dips two visit in a row. My kids love this place and their mexi dips. But we’ll drive to another local from now one when we want to eat fast Mexican food. Bueno is no Bueno here.

Went and ate lunch here today and although the food was good, as usual, the dining room was absolutely disgusting! Growing up on this side of town and eating at this Bueno several times it never looked like this! We went around 1:45pm so pretty much after the average lunch rush, and although there were a handful of people on the dining room it was clearing out. At one point there was only me and my husband and one other couple in the restaurant and no one in the drive through and the staff was just standing around talking and still didn’t clean! I couldn’t walk through the dining room without crunching chips under my feet and I had to clean off our table because they were literally ALL dirty! Yuck! Won’t be going back to this Bueno again!

While this location (for some strange reason) remains my go-​to when I don’t feel like cooking, it’s never short if disappointing me every single time.
Let’s start with the automated drive through announcement. It already starts off completely impersonable. The announcement stars before I even roll down my window. Plus it’s eat blasting loud.
The Mexi-​dip and chips used to come pleasantly appealing to the eye with each item coming in its own separate container. Now, the guacamole is just slung in there. The beef nacho salad is so dry I have to drown it in salsa. And the tortillas have been so hard, the burritos break before I can even eat them.
I’d consider myself a «buenohead» but this location really makes me want to take off my hat. When it first opened, it was clean and great. Now it seems to be run down and disorganized.

The manager with a ponytail is a jerk. Told him the restrooms were in need of cleaning he looked at me like I was bothering him. Stayed there for about thirty min and he never sent anyone to clean them. None of the employees were wearing uniforms. When I asked for a manager the employee said witch one and had no idea who was in charge. They got our order wrong. On the plus side the food was good but with poor management and a filthy store I won’t be eating here again.
