Clean Rite Center

Walked in, it was empty. Everything was overpriced. At least $.15 more for the same washers as at other laundromats in the area and odd numbers too. Like $.35 cents for drying everyone knows $.25 is universally acceptable. Walked in and walked out, waste of time

I’ve been coming here for about a year or so now. The service is ok! Hence, the 3 stars. Won’t complaint too much because it’s such a life saver to have someone else do the laundry for me. Such time wasted that I’ll never get back doing my own laundry. Just saying! Any way, they washed the clothes well with name brand detergent and fabric softener, just wish they keep colors with colors. (No longer bring my whites). Brought it up the issue to the manager, got $ 25 dollars credit for messing up my clothes. I was livid! 76cents per lb., is pretty reasonable for the neighborhood. The staff are getting better in their customer srvc skills (shhhh…under new management). I wish they do pick up & deliver on snow days, but hey this is the BRONX not Manhattan. Place is clean and always busy with people doing their own laundry (No idea, why???), they’re open 24hrs which is a plus in ever since of the word.

Went to wash clothes here this past sunday, was fairly clean and ok except for the flickering bathroom light.
However, one thing i liked was the staff marie and emaral they were really helpful and nice to my surprise. most staff look like they hate their job but they were very friendly and showed me the process to wash clothes since i am new customer.

My 1÷31÷10 visit found dryers full and unchecked, staff socializing and locale dirty. When I brought it to staff’s attention they said there was nothing they could do.
