Old school is what I have to say about DR. Gary Saperstein and his wonderful staff. I always walk in to a big smile and a «how can I help you?»
I am on my third pair of reading glasses from this business and no matter what, replacement of a broken pair, repair, or a new case, they never seem to charge me!
In a world where the only thing many businesses worry about is money, these great people put customer service first, second, and third. I give them the highest grade possible and will continue going back to Dr. Gary, no matter the price.
Oh and by the way, their prices are great anyway!!! ;)
