First of all, we usually don’t have a problem with this KFC. It’s not great, but adequate. But, tonight, we stopped by to pick up a 12 piece meal. They were out of breast and wings for original and crispy, which we wanted. I asked them for the breast meat in grilled and the rest of the pieces half and half of leg and thigh of original and crispy. The woman at the drive thru didn’t specify that there was an issue with my request. When we got home, we found that they put in more pieces of the grilled and gave us 3 pieces in crispy and 4 pieces of original. There was no mention of completely changing our order. We would’ve understood if they said they ran out and couldn’t fill the order as requested. The woman at the drive thru was curt and obviously wasn’t willing to communicate. If they run out of specific pieces and you have to «work with them» on your order, make sure you get what you asked for.

DISCLAIMER– only gave 1 star because you have to rate, if it was up to me I wouldn’t give any stars–
I am a frequent customer at KFC and have been pretty satisfied UNTIL YESTERDAY! I order 20pcs Hot wings (amongst other items) and my wings were raw! After going back to the store and making a complaint, Sheron was very understanding about the situation and immediately offered me a refund. She then attempted to update her manager Anthony who had the audacity to tell me that the chicken can’t be raw because they use timers. Now please tell me, WTF does there obviously not working timers have to do with me! I brought the chicken back what more proof did he need. I though he was very unprofessional and unsympathetic to my situation; I can’t understand how he can work there or even be a manager. I have very young children and what if one of them gets sick! I for sure will not be returning to that KFC, and to all you readers– beware they serve raw chicken!

The food here is okay, but not great. I remember back in the days the chicken from here used to be so good. i don’t know what happen to that. It’s been kind of dissapointing lately. My personal favorite from here is the hot wings.
