It’s clean, a good environment to take your children to play in and there’s a wonderful play place. They have gotten my orders wrong on more than one occasion, but they remedy it right away once you bring it to there attention. They have a big parking lot with many open parking spaces, they have a cute little birthday party room you can rent, did I mention it’s in a clean area were there’s no drug dealers on every corner, that makes it a huge plus to bring your children. I gave it 4 stars and not five because they do get orders wrong often, the bathrooms are always clean and lighting in the store is rich and bright, tables are cleaned often and they even have a fountain soda machine outside in the open so customers can get as many refills as they like of soda. It’s my favorite McDonalds to take my little ones.

Ordered a GRILLED Chicken Bacon Clubhouse to go. Went back home & started eating it. After I was almost done, I felt something slimy in my mouth (mind out the gutters ppl!) When I opened the sandwich, I saw a big chunk of slimy FAT! I’ve ordered McDonald’s Grilled chicken sandwiches and salads throughout the yrs and I’ve NEVER gotten any type of fat in it. I sure drove back and manager said she’ll make a new one and I was so nauseous that I just wanted my money back!
Oh and btw, if you’re wondering why your food is taking so long. It’s because all employees are teens who are just doing nothing but hanging around and acting retarded (except for 2 girls).

Rude woman who took my order at the drive through. Then they messed up and did not include our Big Mac which we realized on the highway. Accident? I don’t think so!

Check your order. This is just a review of the drive-​thru. 80% of the time, they get your order wrong… not what they charge you, but what they put in the bag. Maybe it’s a communication issue in that they don’t tell you you need to wait for another bag of food. But 80% of the time (really!), we have to either walk into the restaurant, or drive back to fix the order. VERY frustrating. I’ve never had this issue so consistently in any other drive thru establishment. I don’t expect service with a smile, but it would be great if they could get the order right.

Birthday party room is cute!

I really enioy this McDonald’s and view this as the better of the two McDonald’s near Co-​Op City (although the one on Bartow Avenue has vastly improved). There is ample seating, the area is clean, and I remember playing in the playground area when I was a little kid. The food is usually fresh as well.

One of two McDonalds locations serving the Co-​op City area of the Bronx (the other is located at Bartow Avenue), this location on the corner of Boston Post Road and Conner Street features all the same menu items as any other McDonalds, but also has an impressive kid’s playground and birthday party area for parents looking to celebrate their child’s birthday. Equipped with a Latte bar since 2010, the location has average dining space inside and the restaurant is kept very clean.

Why does it take so long to get a freaking iced coffee at 6 in the morning? I usually use the drive through, and have only been here before early morning work shifts. For a 24 hr joint, why is coffee not ready at 6 am? I have had to wait upwards of 15 minutes at the drive through waiting for my damn coffee. And at 6 am, there really is no line. Maybe 1 or 2 other cars tops. I don’t understand.
And the coffee isnt consistent either. Light and sweet with splenda is apparently interpreted in so many different ways. But whatever, just give me my iced coffee! Everytime I come and wait forever for my simple order I swear to never return. But it’s on the way to work so I keep coming back.
But last time I was there a few weeks ago, I drove off after ordering and waiting for my coffee for 12 minutes with no end in sight. Yeah, that was me Mcdonalds, that was me!!! I won’t be back.
Nah, I probably will.

Service is very good, very clean area, to bring the kids or friends for a quick lunch.
