I want to give this Wendy’s the benefit of the doubt, because there are clearly some workers here who are getting it done in spite of it all. Even so, painfully slow, and sadly rundown. Still, the food is usually pretty consistent and solid. There’s a lot to be said for a decent salad from a fast food joint!

Worst wendy’s I’ve been to. The cashier was playing with a group of guys that were im front of me, taking forever, laughing and joking around and got my order wrong on top of it all.

Usually boston rd has some really bad attitude drive thru’s. Tonight we ventured to wendys. Short line, Quick order, but what really made the night/wait, was there attention to customer service. Made me happy to eat and couldn’t wait to share. I went around 1:20 am. Cheers to you wendys and the staff. Keep it up!

SLOWWWW.
This Boston Road Wendy’s is the one that’s near the White Castle, in the vicinity of Baychester Avenue. There’s a ton of auto shops in the area, with hungry workers needing a quick fix. In and out, right?
WRONG.
They are so slow in here that once, after missing a 60 bus when the next one wasn’t scheduled to a half hour later, the entire process of waiting in line and waiting for the food to be cooked occupied the entire half hour between buses.
Brotip: It seems as if every Wendy’s in the Bronx is painfully slow. Don’t come on a lunch hour. The Manhattan ones aren’t like this.

Wendy’s yeah i think of Dave Thomas and the red headed chick who i wish looked like Nikki Rhodes, lmao. Anyway we all know deep down inside we do love fast food. The location blows only because you have to make a left right before the bridge bride and then there’s another street right next to it, you have to be careful turning to get into their. But once you do, same as all Wendy’s clean interior, decent exterior with a drive thru, they def have stepped up their game because the new Sea Salt Fries are dopeeeee! Spicy Chicken Filet is my thing and i mean their burgers are pretty good and spicy chicken nuggets, mhmh lip smacking good
