It’d been a number of years(5?) since visiting this place. They used to be a couple doors down in a bigger location, but with a less nice stock. I was SO impressed when I stopped in today. While they don’t have all the latest and greatest in scrapbooking supplies, they have a nicely curated selection of product for the size of the store. My one beef is that prices for paper were NOT clearly posted. I picked up a stack and hoped that the prices were reasonable! The prices are slightly higher than I’m used to paying, but I do like supporting independent stores, so I didn’t mind much(especially since the Madison area has lost all its independent scrapbook stores — I don’t want that to happen to the Milwaukee area!). The sales clerk was polite, but not particularly pleasant, but it was late in the day on a Friday, so I’ll give that a pass. If I end up back near Brookfield again in the near future, I’ll be sure to stop back.

i love to go here and just look at all their cards on display. They are so much fun and some are close to artistic. How i wish i could do so well. I did take one of their classes which is a little pricey for what u get considering all the free classes at Archivers. However, none of stores in Milwaukee area seem to offer anything similar. Prices are similar to other scrapbooking stores. If u like to make cards, u need to visit this store and get ideas. You’ll love it.

Stopped in to find coordinated papers for a friend who makes greeting cards. No problem with finding something she’d like. There are so many different papers, including some embossed solids(personal favorite). I bought some 12×12 for 69 cents per sheet up to about $ 1.49 ea. Even had clearance paper for 39 cents per sheet. Lots of papers for ALL the holidays, not just the one coming up. Variety of embellishments and rubber stamps. This is THEPLACE to get paper. Clerk did a wonderful job helping me determine if my paper selections coordinated. Spent about an hour in here buying paper. Loved it!
