No clue why this laundromat only has a 1 star rating. It’s clean, has free wi-fi and they have a new system so you can pay for the machines with cash a credit card. No quarters required! The other reviews seem based on one-off issues.

This place never used to be terrible but has really gone downhill. It’s often not very clean. The coin machines usually work, so at least there’s that. But there have been dryers that have been broken for over a year. Most recently, just today there was no hot or warm water at all (which you obviously don’t find out until after you’ve already paid). And though they post a number you can call with any problems, no one ever answers and no one ever returns your message. Obviously maintenance problems happen, but what was most outrageous today was that, once notified of the water temp problem, they took no steps to inform customers that only cold water was available, instead just letting everyone else find out (after paying of course) that there was only cold water.
At $ 3.75 for a wash, you’d hope that that amount would at least buy you the temperature of water you want and perhaps a nightly sweep of the floor. Apparently, it does not.
