After my first visit back in 2014! I been coming to 52 Broadway cleaner and I is Always a great service! The team has change through the tees but there service remains the same! Very professional, courteous & friendly staff.

Two stars for the nice people who work here, but I generally have not been happy with the results of the dry cleaning.

lots of confusion. staff doesn’t know what’s going on. lots of miscommunication. lost 2.5 hours waiting around. narrowly did not get our clothes at all.

I picked up my dry cleaning and when I went to put it on it smelled like smoke! There was also a spot/​stain on my white shirt that was not there when I took it to be cleaned!
I wouldn’t recommend this dry cleaner (or the wash & fold)

This dry clean would damage your clothes or lose buttons and not work with you to sort out the issue.
They say they would call back and they never do. Frustrating experience every time.

This is my favorite dry cleaner. Victor is very organized and efficient. They have repaired buttons on shirts when they’re falling off for free. The only good dry cleaners in South Williamsburg

I was so happy when they open up, and have used them ever since. I have never had a problem. Laundry drop off and pick-​up in the same day is awesome. Laundry is nicely sorted and folded. Dry cleaning — never a problem. Staff is very nice and have always been clear about pricing. I have even used their tailoring service with great success. What’s not to like?

I’ve been to other places before but my experience at this dry cleaner’s was super convenient with reasonable prices. I come here for dry cleaning and regular laundry. They offer FREE pick up and delivery, so you practically never have to step foot inside if you’re too busy. They also let me keep a card on file so I don’t even have to worry about payment. I simply get my receipt and see that they charged me. This place really is express and makes things so much easier for me

These guys are awesome. Reasonably priced dry cleaning, picked up and delivered to your door virtually on demand. If you live in the neighborhood, use these guys.

I went to this dry cleaner for the very first time on Wednesday afternoon, to get my husband’s dress pants cleaned and pressed. It is the closest cleaner to my apartment, and I didn’t think to read the Unilocal reviews first, like an idiot. The man at the counter was very friendly, and told me that they would be delivered to my building on Thursday evening. I stressed that I would need them by then, as my husband had an important black tie event for work on Friday. They did not deliver on Thursday, and didn’t have the pants when we went there this afternoon. Finally, at 3pm (the last possible minute before my husband had to get dressed), they called to inform me that the pants were lost somewhere at their warehouse. They are «trying to find them»… «maybe by Monday». Not only were these pants needed at a specific time for an important job, they were also part of the suit he wore at our wedding. I was so furious, I started to cry. I’ll update this review to let you know if they find the pants in the end, but I don’t think I will be changing my tune on the fact that you should avoid this place at all costs. I’m heartbroken and incredibly disappointed.

I feel totally ripped off. Excited for a free pick-​up and delivery service around the corner. Used this service for the first time and specifically asked prices and was told $ 0.75 per pound and min $ 6 charge… That was all I was told. I included a full size blanket with my laundry and was not told upon pick up that it would carry any surcharge – I asked the pick-​up guy if he wanted it in a separate bag bc it didn’t really fit in the bag I had it in so it wasn’t like the blanket went unnoticed. I got the call laundry was ready with a whopping $ 70 total!!! They charged me $ 30 JUST for the «queen» blanket. Now I know typically down comforters and comforters w/​feathers carry crazy surcharges, but this was not feather stuffed or synthetic/​faux down… Just a regular FULL size blanket. I asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold and the woman returned (not the manager) and offered to bring it down to $ 20 bc no one told me the price up front. Um, how about zero dollars bc no one told me the price and it’s a ridiculous charge anyway bc it’s just a regular blanket that the material doesn’t require extra drying either! That and it’s not even a queen! I obviously would not have taken it there and would have done it myself for like less than $ 5 or another place that washes blankets with regular laundry. I ultimately had to give in bc what was I going to do? I totally feel robbed by the experience.
