The selection here is okay, but it’s limited because it is a factory store. The staff here is pretty mixed in terms of friendliness. I come here a few times a year and its always been like that. I went yesterday and the woman in the dressing room was very polite and helpful. My cashier was pretty nice but wasn’t very aware of any sales going on, even though there are signs and ads everywhere (?). The lady on the register next to her kept jumping in on the conversation and was very rude. I asked if a BOGO sale applied to shorts and the other lady jumped in very quickly and said there was no sale. She told us «Look around the store, do you see that sale anywhere?». The exact sale I was double checking on was in fact all around the store. The staff needs to be trained better and become more aware of sales and more trained in customer service.

This location was ok. They have my size in everything. Beautiful clothes for the spring and summer. Nice shoe wear also. affordable prices, friendly staff. The line for the check out was very slow. only one register open. And the manger was telling at her staff. I’ll go to the mall better next time

I must admit I was a bit apprehensive to visit this store… I’m a creature of habit and this store wasn’t habit.
I decided to give it a shot and I’m glad I did.
(Ladies the first floor is yours while us men are one level up).
The staff here is extremely helpful and they do «have more sizes in the back» unlike most stores who claim «this is all we have». Don’t you hate that BS line? I know I do.
Anyway, I went there yesterday looking for new denim and didn’t expect to find anything I fancied because to be honest, I’m more of an express kinda guy :/​. I went straight to the second floor and grabbed the first three jeans to catch my eye. The young lady in the fitting room was very helpful and gave me the raw deal («that one doesn’t sit well on you», «the green ones really fit you well and they’re cheaper», «that’s your fit maybe you should see what else fits you that way». I respect her honesty.
I ended up walking out of there with two of my three selections and I’m very happy. Looks like I’ll be returning those express jeans today. #shrug.
