Nasty phone call from a lady named Beth asking if i need a moving company. very rude.

These movers were terrible! They show up in an ACE movers truck, so i guess they are the same company. They were very ghetto, laughing and joking with each other the whole time, and basically laughing about how they were not going to move our stuff because it was heavy. Our couches they didn’t even try to move in the house cause they said they were too big. They left them in the garage, even though our contract said assembly and disassembly were included. All of our boxes were clearly labeled with what room to go to, and somehow about 10 boxes went to different rooms, all of them heavy boxes! If you want lazy guys to just throw your stuff anywhere, hire these guys… otherwise steer clear.

Terrible experience. The move was 14 days late which wasn’t helpful and a box of wine with tremendous sentimental value was missing.
