Bob, your service man was sent here by our home warranty company. Not only did he have an attitude when he came, he spent very little time trying to diagnose the problem, and he totally misdiagnosed the dryer problem. He told us he didn’t know what else it could be so when we said we would have to get someone out here who could find the problem, he got angry and stated that he didn’t have to stand here and be insulted and stormed out. He did however cash the check right away. Another repair service came out and found the problem in a matter of minutes. We will never use B & L for anything again

I’ve used these guys for 25 years. If they don’t have it they can get, and with their know-​how and bag of parts, they can resuscitate anything but your marriage. They are the prince of appliances.

To be honest, I can only review this place on their service, not on the job they did. The reason for this is because they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. This is after I called that morning to confirm and they assured me they would come. Of course when they didn’t show and I tried to contact them I only received voice mail.
The next day when I got them on the phone and questioned what happened their response was «what do you want, we got busy». Luckily I was able to get another repairman to the house to do the job B & L never wanted in the first place!

My husband and I just started using them a few months ago for our appliances. Previously, we used the companies that made them (Bosch, Liebherr, and GE). They have been nothing but professional, and accomodating. At first we were worried that our computer based appliances were out of their league, but Ariel has fixed our dishwasher, dryer, and freezer. (Yes, all three have needed maintenance in the last three months). I feel bad for the previous woman’s ordeal, but I think you pay what you get for, and if cheap landlords buy this type of equipment, then it really isn’t the companies fault. Also, their prices are super reasonable compared to other companies we used in the past.
