Brooke’s The APpliance EXpert’s

I wrote a review last year for Brooke’s carpet cleaning service. Well, my dogs have been particularly hard on my rug for the last 9 months, and I couldn’t wait to get it cleaned again, because it was in really bad shape… the same guy came back and did it AGAIN, and it is amazingly clean all over again. He also did it in under an hour. I can’t tell you how great it looks, and I was expecting it to take a lot longer!!!
If you’d like your rug to look new (mine is at least 20 years old), call Brookes and schedule a carpet cleaning. It’s a serious bargain, considering the results!

I wish there was a 2 and half star because sometimes they are accommodating and sometimes fall short. Value is good here, although expect to pay retail. Charlie is easier going and Steve hurts business by turning customers off with curt answers and defaults into no-​can-​do without always listening to the request. If you persist he will work with you but it should be easier.
Products and work quality I give 4 stars. They are very busy and need more help sometimes. Charlie gets 4 stars for flexibility and using an educated approach. Steve gets two for not growing into the successful business model. We like to send business to small businesses. Developing a sensitivity to their customer base would be wise.
