Lud fixed a problem that had been plaguing my computer for four months. I was having periodic internet outages and an issue with the keyboard, and it was driving me absolutely insane. Dell customer service and a visit to the Microsoft store were no help, but within 5 hours, Lud solved the issue and came in under the estimate. Great customer service, convenient, and fast.
