Got the order wrong. 2 eggs on a bagel, no meat, no cheese does not mean bacon, egg, and cheese. A vegan’s worst nightmare. Too far from the location by the time I noticed to return it. Threw it away. Automatic one star. This is basic stuff, guys.

Great Bagel Sometimes you just stumble upon a place and get really lucky. I have been to a vast amount of breakfast sandwich joints in the area and I would put the Bagel Pub egg and cheese(meat) bagel sandwich against any of them. I know everyone loves Pies and Thighs but this place gives it a run for its money, as it compares breakfast sandwiches. The shop also as different coffee drinks and that coffee shop feel for breakfast and lunch to relax and read a paper. Even though it’s usually very busy, it works. Thanks

I’ve passed by this place many a morning when going down 9th street after working out at the Y. Usually I need to get right to the R train and head to work. On a couple of weekends I walked in but walked out because it was so crowded. Finally a few days ago I stopped in and I am very glad I did. While I am back on my low carb diet and had to be tortured by the smell of the delicious looking bagels and cream cheeses, I did have a large cup of coffee and it was delicious. I asked if it was the Ethiopian coffee they sometimes advertise on their board and the server said no, Africa. Rather than explain that Ethiopia is in Africa, I said fine and bought a cup. It was really, really good regardless from which nation it originated! I am definitely hooked! The pub it self is very clean and the servers all very friendly… and maybe should re-enroll in my middle school geography course?

This place is great. The best bagels in park slope. They have a Wide variety of bagels(love the blueberry and also egg bagel) and plenty of cream cheese choices. Personally I really like their tofu cream cheese and my wife loves the cream cheese lox. The coffee is flavorful dark roast and I like that they have the option to add almond milk at no charge where the condiments are. Also, they have great burgers. They are a generous portion, have a tasty char grilled flavor and come with fries. We do a lot delivery from here particular on the weekends and have had no problems. On a side note: Whomever this Case R person is that left the one star you’re totally unreasonable and obviously hard to please. They replaced your sandwich get over it. It was a miscommunication…

This is about a 4 – 4.5 for me; with the demise of Beygl, they are now tops in the neighborhood(but full disclosure, I still need to try Bagel Hole). Local friends told me I had to try this spot, so I went a little out of my way for it twice in one weekend and the extra blocks were worth it. Amazing bagels, everything has all the toppings, and the cream cheese selection is ample. The chunks of lox in their schmear were delicious and my friend’s bacon scallion was also tasty. A huge plus here is the coffee selection, which includes cold brew and single origin choices. I’m excited to try the garden backyard, but found seating just ample enough in the front. Service was efficient and pleasant enough. As per request, they wrapped my iced coffee in saran wrap so I could take it in my bike(I tipped extra for the inconvenience). The baked goods look great, but I’m mainly coming here for the bagels. There’s bike parking outside and you might get lucky with a car parking spot. This helps since they don’t deliver up my way.

This is my go to when ordering bagels. They have a huge selection of bagels and spreads. They also have a big selection of baked goods. Their fresh pressed juices are delicious. They make amazing sandwiches. The bagels are not the best I have ever had but come pretty darn close. I really love this place. Delivery is usually pretty fast and the prices are very reasonable. My only gripe, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that their hours are really weird for delivery. They are open from 7−9am, then 11:30−4pm on weekends for delivery. That just seems so odd to me. But the bagels are great!

Beyond aggravated, I’m a original Brooklyn Park Slope girl that just wanted a Italian hero aka Sicilian aka godfather! What ever happened to this sandwich? Now that Park Slope is yuppieville it’s almost impossible to find a GOOD sandwich! I’ve ordered from here before, and decided to give it another chance, my tummy was growling for that sandwich! Now I knew it would never be the same as good old pollos(only originals will know about that) but I figured I will give it another shot. I called, asked if they made an Italian hero, she puts me on hold, I hear people in the background, I hear dialing on the phone, then a hang up, I call back, someone picks up, and hangs up, I call again, girl picks up, now I have a little attitude because Jesus I just want to place a order. She puts the phone down to explain about a coffee to a customer(I can hear the entire conversation). Finally she’s available to take my order. I explain I want a Italian hero aka Sicilian or godfather(whatever the hell they want to call it) giving her my address I keep saying 4th&5th avenue she keeps saying 12th! Um there is NO12th avenue in Park Slope! Ok finally got done with the horrible phone call. Order comes and it’s WRONG! It’s a damn egg sandwich with Italian cheese! What the hell is this!!! So I call back, lady who answers now THINKS I’m saying my order isn’t here, finally I say get a manager, she resolves the problem, but without telling me that my hero is an extra 50 cents! Petty don’t you think??? It’s been 15 minutes already, order still isn’t here… never again! Seriously I miss the old Park Slope! In response to the owners comments, sarcastically speaking, THANKS for the apology of your incompetent staff, secondly I did say Italian COLDCUT sandwich, which in bklyn I shouldn’t even have to say! Isn’t an Italian hero a cold cut sandwich? And maybe since they make over 20 specialty sandwiches an Italian should be added to that list, oh wait… maybe it’s not because it doesn’t fit in with the demographic they are obviously trying to attract! And yes I could order the hero by telling her all the cold cuts that go in an Italian hero, but I’m pretty sure she would have screwed up that order!

Best bagels in park slope hands down I have gone to every bagel store in the greenwood/park slope area that I could but bagel pub has the best ones. They have great breakfast sandwiches my personal favorite is the jump start, and the coffee is very good as well. I want to give 5 stars and if I could give halves I would give 4 ½ it’s just the layout of the store that is an issue. It is a very very busy location and for good reasons but it can be hectic in the early a.m. because it gets so crowded the good thing is that the staff is very friendly and they try everything possible to get your order to you as quick as possible. I go there every chance I can for the bagels I am from howard beach and we love our bagels, bagel pub is as close to home as I can get while at work.

My new favorite bagel place! It’s hard to rate bagels now in days, but this place rocks! I love the egg bagels here because they have a nice crackle on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I also tried the vegetable cream cheese, I just love it with the chunky vegetables. I will come again. However I don’t recommend their cookies, I got the chocolate chunk cookie and it was so hard you can use as a weapon. Overall this place is awesome and I will come again.

So i moved to the Slopes summer of 2013 and one morning while scaling the neighborhood for a breakfast spot i ran into Bagel Pub and Oh man did i ever have a wonderful experience. Not only was the bagel absolutely amazing but the staff was exceptional. They offer much more than amazing bagel, I love their fresh squeezes and amazing smoothies my favorite the«Peanut buttanana» and absolutely mouth watering sandwiches my favorite the«#44» and their burgers and many more awesome treats. I visit 4 – 5 time a week on average and let me tell u never a bad experience, a little extra wait time at times due to their popularity like on weekends it gets a bit crowded. Aside from the heavy crowds at times nothing but good time. The owner Gary and most of his staff knows my name how cool. So if you’re ever in the Slopes Bagel Pub is a must try.

What a lovely delightful place. I loved the first impression I got when I walked in here. The Atmosphere is friendly and service is quick. Looking for a New York Bagel experience? right here. I can’t say it is the«best» bagel spot, but it will definitely suit your expectations. We tried so many different flavors and they were all delicious. The coffee(got their cold brew that they were advertising outside) was honestly a slight disappointment but no complaints. Lovely breakfast/brunch spot. Please, stop by!

Amazing bagels baked on premises. They’re real bagels– hooray! None of that fake stuff that’s either too soft or too hard and can barely be considered a «bagel». I ordered an egg bagel toasted with vegetable cream cheese. Delicious. It was moist/soft on the inside. Can’t wait to try the different kinds of cream cheese flavors. My favorite part are the baked goods, which are also baked on premises! The brownies are to DIE for and you get a huge slice. They also serve fresh juice and smoothies which I’ve yet to try. Egg sandwiches seem to be super popular, probably in the mornings, but I came in during the evening. There’s seating in the front and in the garden, but is also roomy for the rush of to-go orders.

Atmosphere: they have garden seating if you can’t find a spot inside and outside with the screening towards the front. Big backyard, but it was chilly so we opted for an indoor seat, and we’re lucky enough on a Sunday afternoon to find a seat. Very clean, and fast service. Food: my friend had the onion bagel with ham, eggs and jalapeño. It was huge! And the bagel was fresh. Eggs cooked well the ingredients were appropriately proportioned. Drinks: I had the Nutella iced coffee and my friend had the Nutella latte. Not too sweet. Mine actually needed a little sugar because I found it a bit bitter with minimal notes of hazelnut. Would probably try the smoothie next time instead of the iced coffee. Overall: I would go back but order something differently.

So good. THEAMBIANCE: This was our first stop when coming into New York. It is a small café with a little indoor/covered outdoor patio area. The rest of the space is mostly counters and the restroom is in the back on the left hand side. THEBAGEL: I ordered the fresh lox and scallion cream cheese bagel, toasted, and it was on point. It was creamy and the portions of both the fresh lox and cream cheese were generous. I loved it! I definitely recommend it. THETIPS: Street parking.

Ask anyone where to find the best bagels in New York and you’ll find yourself taking the train from Manhattan to Brooklyn just to eat a bagel… but don’t get me wrong, it’s not JUST a bagel. On a solo trip to New York, I was on a mission to eat as much of the good food that New York has to offer in the shortest amount of time as possible. Bagel Pub has a variety of foods from coffee to juices and smoothies, bagels and sandwiches, to huge salads that can be split between two people. I ordered the lox bagel — the most divine bagel that have ever graced my taste buds. The bagel was thick, toasted to perfect, with almost two centimeters thick of cream cheese with chives, and lots of delicious, juicy layers of lox. You can find outdoor sidewalk seating, a few tables inside of the restaurant, and a garden/patio area in the back. Being a lone star Californian, I enjoyed eating in the garden because it gave off what I imagine to be a typical backyard oasis hidden from the city.

I walked in and saw they offered every breakfast sandwich or bagel that I could ever desire. I got a pumpernickel everything and also my friend got a regular pumpernickel bagel — both toasted with cream cheese. These bagels taste incredible, one of the best bagels I had! Also the ice coffee is delicious. I ended up getting two cups of ice coffee because it was so good. Even the bakery items are good. I bought a slice of raspberry crumb cake and it melted in my mouth. I want to go back just thinking about it. This is my new spot when I’m around! The menu is extensive and they have more than just bagels and offer fresh juices too.

This place has hands down the best iced coffee I have ever had. The cold brew is well worth the price and phenomenal. It has no acidity like normal iced coffee and despite ice melting it still maintains its flavor bc it’s a strong brew. They also have fresh made smoothies and juice. I tried the oj today and it’s was delicious. The bakery options are great also. I love the tricolor cake and the rugala. It gets 4 stars from me bc I’m not in love with the bagels. Don’t get me wrong, they’re good but not the best I ever had(bagel hole) but their amazing coffee makes up for everything the bagels lack and makes this my go to spot in park slope.

This is definitely the best bagel spot I’ve found in the slope, and trust me, I eat a lot of NYC bagels. I love the things. It’s like an addiction Their bagels are the classic, dense, chewy bagels, and I highly recommend the onion and the everything bagels. The scallion cream cheese and the jalapeño cream cheese are a couple of my favorites as well. Give them a try. Also, their lox and cream cheese bagel is on point. For a while, I thought this concoction was hard to screw up, but sadly it’s easy. Bagel Pubs has all the proper ingredients and in perfect ratios.

This is my favorite bagel place in Brooklyn. Every time I visit, I end up here a least once. Their bagel spreads are sooooo good and their juices are just as good!!! The Hulk is amaaaazing! And I usually order myself a toasted bagel with either scallion cream cheese or sun dried tomato cream cheese. Both are terrific! Plus they don’t skimp on the cream cheese. Plus their wall décor is just amazing! I have noticed that they have got insanely popular. Slightly longer wait times and much more foot traffic. Good for them but boo for me.

Great place for Awesome bagels! When you get inside, walk towards the inside to order and then pay for it at the cashiers. It’s not a big place and only havs room for a few tables packed together that may seat about 15 people. I had the abc bagel(avocado, bacon, cheddar and egg) and loved it. The cream cheese and cured salmon wasn’t bad either.
