This is one of the worst libraries I have been to. There is no professionals who work there the library is extremely noisy and the staff lets the same people stay on the computer all day it’s more like a baby sitting place than a library

Some of the least helpful, lazy library staff in all of Brooklyn. Today, I noticed that the library kiosk was not accepting coins to pay off fines, so I went to the desk to let the attendant know. He simply shrugs, and says something along the lines of, «Not my problem.»
That’s great, dude. Well, put a sign on the machine so people know not to bother attempting to pay their fines with coins until it’s fixed by someone whose problem it actually is! As I was leaving, another person was at the machine looking to use coins, so I let him know it’s not going to happen.
The only person worth talking to at the branch is the actual librarian, but he’s not there all the time and you’re stuck with the staff that barely gives a damn.
