My wife works for Car2Go as their Fleet Coordinator. She is a frequent visitor at this location, they have a unit on the 7th floor, the floor is always clean and well lit, since she has a large unit the lighting really helps. Even on their busiest days there is always room in the Clean Loading Bay for them to access. When ever they need something from the office the staff is always welcoming as they can be to help with her needs, i. e if they need to use the restroom, or forgot there key to the storage unit. The best part of this location is the comfortable seating area they have, which customers can sit and work for a few. They also have refreshments available on a daily basis, which is great if a day is not running to smoothly and coffee is needed.

What I love…
1. You pay only administrative fees once you sign up. This was crucial for me since I didn’t have the funds for a unit but had to move.
2. FREE 2 HOURS for a truck with driver! This was awesome. The driver was super helpful and very curteous.
3. Easy access with codes to get into each area.
4. Very clean and climate controlled.
5. Everything was explained to me and I was taken to my unit so I knew how to gain access on my own.
I’ve never had a storage unit but I’m loving it because of cubesmart.

Almost killed on my way there by an UBER driver, I was frantic and in tears – but Shayana the cleric saved my life. Soothing, consoling and wise, what I though was disastrous day turned out to be a star. Flagrantly taking out my anger on her and her compatriots, who I’d accused of scamming me over the telephone, her peacefully defensive reaction had me realizing otherwise. Immediately accommodating my needs for a bigger space, (which it turned out I didn’t even need), she gave me the first month free. With plenty different sized units available, I’d felt little hope in the world upon arriving, but was spun around. Relaxed yet professional, honest and secure, I trust this Storage and will continue wholeheartedly allow them to set my standards. Thank u –CUBESMART. xo

They gave me free bottled water when moving in, and they are just super helpful all around.

Because everyone has too much stuff and apartments are small, so why not rent MORE space for your stuff! My partner and I got some storage at CubeSmart, and man, once you become a customer here you start noticing that this place is EVERYWHERE. People have too much junk, man. We rolled up with a bunch of boxes and carted it up to our air-​conditioned space. When you go on the elevator you need a code, which is good for extra security. The door at the bottom of the elevator opens automatically, much like a futuristic space movie. Made me paranoid that it was also going to shut on me with such speed, but no, here I am typing into the void about a self storage company on Unilocal.God help us all.

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever done business with, hands down. After I rented one of their units earlier that day, I returned to unload my things at 6:45, when I knew their elevators shut down for the night an hour later. When it looked like I wasn’t going to be able to finish in time, their manager Carlos helped me get everything into the elevator. After having spent the day loading the entire contents of my apartment into a truck by myself, this gesture made the day a whole lot better. If this is how they treat customers, they deserve everyone’s business.
