I’m completely appalled by the way Cubesmart handles customer relations at this location. I’ve been storing my stuff there for years and if I’ve been paying the rising rent (which already went up a $ 100 in the past 2 years). Their desperate business tactics have managed to completely alienate me. Only after 6 days delay in payment, I received a threatening email claiming that my valuables are scheduled to be sold. Are you serious? They normally offer a $ 10 late fee if u r happened to b a few days late, which is reasonable. But ‘scheduled to be sold’???I’m not going to continue doing business with u anymore. U just lost a customer. BS!

The girl behind the desk was beyond amazing and her as a person gets ALL stars she was supper beyond helpful. The only reason the stars is 3 is the rising price thing. It feels kind of bait and switch with all the promotional prices and things. But hey thats the business I suppose. The space is clean all that jazz. But I will say it would help if that parking garage door would be repaired. Willing to go up a star for that.

The staff and David were exceptional. I was booked on the second floor and they found a first floor unit and booked it for me. There was some problems with the contract as they switched the spaces, but David was very patient and that rubbed off on me. He even stayed after closing to make sure that I was taken care of. Great experience! I still am waiting to move in, but so far, the experience is beyond any storage unit I have been a part of and the customer service is out of this world.

My experience with CubSmart has been really great! Everyone I have talked to has been extremely helpful and friendly, they’re spaces are clean, brand new, secure, and actually climate control, which was not the case in a nearby public storage. They don’t throw pages and pages for you to sign, just explain everything very simply about deadlines and all else. CubeSmart is officially my first choice for storing any day!

They have some great customer service. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. I had movers move me out of my unit and I lost a bag. I called to see if they could check the security footage (which I thought would be a no go) and Tinisha (sorry is spelling is incorrect) was more than happy to do that for me. Would definitely use them again if I needed storage space in the future.

I originally posted a pretty negative review,. I get it, customer service has a ton of opportunities. I change this review because of the response. If all companies could respond to the review posted then by a phone call from the general manager, the world would be a better place. Good enough for me!

The staff here are excellent and straightforward, the rent is great, the units are ACTUALLY the size promised, and the trucking service they are partnered with is AMAZING. The truck was a little late but the driver was EMBARASSED ABOUT IT and helped me load. That’s an incredible rarity in NYC. But seriously, the front desk staff were helpful and polite, in a genuine way. Thanks guys!

Moving is always, uh. Stressful. But not with the crew at Cubesmart. David, the GM, was working the evening I booked a 10’x10’ storage room. He and his staff made the experience seamless. No overcharges, no hidden fees, no nonsense. The 10×10 worked out to about $ 150 per month over a two month period, since the first month was free. Highly recommended.
